Some solid foods, but nothing that has too much fiber in it (like water spinach, broccoli, etc...though I haven't been really following this one and have eaten veggies that had a lot of fibers in it  ), and nothing that has too much oil in them, or too much spices. (pizza, Italian pasta, curry, etc)
I tried some rousong in a couple pieces of bread for lunch yesterday and even that made me feel a little ill.

@Xuv: Yeah, can't eat pizza yet.  My stomach and intestines already complain even if I eat too much (which is about as much as I normally eat). I have to eat my meals in halves instead...eat half a bowl, wait for maybe half an hour or more, and finish the rest of it, or my stomach/intestines proceed to kick my arse.

Haha  The boss is even encouraging me to use all my over time hours to rest...except he probably doesn't know I still have over 120 hours of over time so if I did that he won't be seeing me for the rest of the month, and I don't think that's what he meant when he said for me to use all the hours...
