I bought these on a whim as they were on offer. Just opened the can now to try them out and OH. MY. GOD.

Now I have to stop myself from eating them all, straight out of the can, before I get to cook something with them. I do have some smoked belly pork in the fridge, pairing that with these and some pasta sounds like a match made in heaven to me!

What delicious ingredients have you guys discovered over the years?

Hot damn.. are those olives as huge as they look? I buy these small jars of big garlic-stuffed olives here when I'm feeling crazy - they are so expensive I usually don't let myself buy them. But they are just perfect.. the garlic crunches when you bite into them.

Belly, do you have a Dollar Tree store where you live? Because sometimes that store has garlic stuffed green olives. For a dollar.

@Kita - Hmm, I bet I do. I'll have to keep an eye out! The ones I really like are 5 bucks for a tiny little jar of them.. does not last an hour in my house.

I know what you mean....olives are delicious. I prefer black olives, but the green ones with garlic are amazing.
The ones at our Dollar Tree are in a fairly large jar too. I mean, its skinny but its really tall.

Belly they're just normal size olives, that's only a small tin. I'd not have bought these if they weren't a 2 for the price of 1 offer. Why do delicious olive goods have to be so expensive.

I bought biscuits, cream filled ones at that. I am bad But...

Digestives are very similar to graham crackers, same useage too, cheesecake bases! I'm having to actively refrain from eating any more of them, they're rather nice.

I like those Famous Wafers and eating artichoke hearts (in oil) right out of the jar.
One of my favourite things to eat is donburi: meat and vegetables over rice. Most of the time I will add an egg, though, so it kind of becomes bibimbap instead.
