I dont know the proper names for most of them >< So I refer to them as the "squishy prawn thing", "peanut buttery nutty thing" and ectera...it entertains my family quite a lot xD

I love both ha gau and ha gok (My pinyin is way off -_-), steamed and fried prawns. 8D
I also like a lot of the other dishes, but those are my favourites.
