Yup. I'm a part of the Shadow Cult. Contrary to popular belief, it is not the dark side and we do not have cookies. Our sister cult is a pizza cult, so generally we eat pizza.

Bi weekly we have pudding Wednesday, but we have plenty of Pizza! We even run a Pizza review mailing letter and blog, much like Boil's from Brooklyn Nine Nine. :) We love that guy.

I was terrible. If I'm in chat rooms, I typo horrendously. LOL People get to see how awful I am at spelling. I hide behind spell check, but if I'm too lazy, don't pay attention, or just can't figure it out...lets just say it gets messy! Amane can prove it, oml. xD

I can agree with that though, Salvete. However, judging by the things they say, you can gauge some things. Or, they could just be REALLY stupid and seem like they're like 10 when they're in their thirties or twenties..or something. XD

I used to type with more coherent sentences and perfect punctuation and all many years ago, and people would think I was older than I actually was, and also think I was the wrong sex than I am. And now I pay less attention to the punctuation and sometimes even leave off a period like at the end of this sentence

I know, right?! Dangit, Firefox! Sometimes it'll give you terrible suggestions too for something that should be relatively easy for it to pick up and fix. Like it'll give me trucking if I write fuckign, lmfao. If I don't know how to spell it, i try to type it by how I think it sounds, but I even get that wrong. Plus, I get into writing habits that I have yet to break, and still spell things I SHOULD know how to spell wrong.

Yeah, it really just depends. I try to make it so people can at least understand what I'm saying.

People on Menewsha thought I was the wrong gender for years... not that I corrected them or anything. It was entertaining. People thought I was a girl for years and I think it broke a few people. Especially because people would do their "time of the month" conversations and I'd be giving advice XD

I try to keep my typing proper. Though I do use ... a bit much and differently from it's expected reaction. I tend to use it like a comma.

Yes, it gives me trucking. It's like it's just appalled I'd use such a word, so it tries to change it to something nice. You get the offensive friefox, I get the one that's ladylike/gentlemanly.

The Wandering Poet, I assumed that you were a male, but I am not sure why I thought that way. of course, it is difficult to assume a sex or gender just based on your current avatar with all the desktopception going on, haha

When in doubt, either ask for the person's pronouns or go neutral! xD They/them. :P

True! I think that's a common way people do it on Mene, perhaps even most avatar sites in general, though I'm not sure of that.

That is how I went about things on Gaia way back in the day when I was active on there. I think that is what most people subconsciously do

that is a good point Miro, I also like to type out the usernames but sometimes there is a need for saying she or he, or I guess they now. I think one day, there will be a more widely used gender neutral singular pronoun
