It is something from an online comic called 8bit theater. It uses the sprites from the orginal final fantasy and has this wonderful annoying but stupid character named fighter who talks about nothing but swords. often out of boredom I will inmated him.

Once me and a friend had a convo about Swords and Pony's and had a very drunk and very high boy paying attention as best as he could to the convo. We busted up laughing when someone told him it was a joke.
