Jonathan looked at her concerned, "are youn okay?"

"a wound reopened and just when i thought it had healed." Finx said with a sigh. "Ah well nothing much I can do about it right know."

"if you're wounded you need medical aid" said Jonathan, "or it'll get infected"

"i can fix it." Finx went to turn away but the move pulled her wound. "AHH!" she clutched her side and took a deep breath. "Ow."

Jonathan went to her side, "you need it to be properly cared for"

"I can properly care for it I've learned how thanks to vampires." Finx pulled her self straight "Though I will admit it will be difficult to put a bandage of any sort on it."

"why?" jonathan asked.

"It's in a spot were bandades don't like to stay." Finx said with a sigh lifting her shirt a little so she could see her wound. "Looks yummy." she said with a sigh and then reliazed what she said "i can not believe I said that in front of a bunch of vampires."

"how did that happen?" jonathan asked.

"mor eimprotantly who did it so i can go bash their head in?" lilith added in her cool voice.

"One of my capters slammed me into something sharp wish I could have killed them but i was bound and gagged...I coun't even curse at the bastard. Then the shop owner didn't make it any better but what do they care?" Finx said with a sigh.

Jonathan looked angry, not at her but at the people who hurt her.

"Now just tell me were you keep you're first aid stuff and I'll take care of it." Finx said clutching her side to make it stop bleeding.

JKonathan shook his head, but went and got the first aid kit.

"Thank you." Finx said taking it from help and began cleaning ehr wound with a cotton ball soacked in hydrogien peroxide.

"are you sure you don't need help?" Jonathan said.

"If it will make you leave me alone you can but the bandade on." finx said handing it to him.

Jonathan applied the bandage expertly, like he had had years of practice.

"Thank you I guess." Finx said putting her shirt back on carefully not to get it caught on the bandage.

Maddie was scowling, "I really hate my race sometimes"

"Why not kill...forget I started that sentence." Finx said "so what do I do know?" she asked looking at jonathan.

"what do you want to do now, besides wipe out all the vampires?" Jonathan askedd.

Finx blinked at him she had never worked out what her life would be like without hunting "I don't know."

The girls went back to their music. Megan sang the next song. Her voice trembled with emotion.

"Must they I already have a headache." Finx said rubbing her head gentle this was another of her mothers favorite songs she felt the memories coming back the ones she had stored away so she could fight "please make them stop." she had never said please to a vampire except to the one who had killed her family.
