lol - have fun! I wish there were some kiddies around here to scare. But I'm in Japan this year, and I don't think any of the local kiddies even went out trick or treating. Sad really.

No it isn't - it exists here, but there isn't much. Some shops will have some light decor. If you really hunt for them, you might score some kind of Halloween themed treat (although when I finally managed to find some pumpkin pie last night, I wish I hadn't wasted the money trying it x.x)
My university had some kind of party, but I haven't liked their parties in the past (and they charge you an entrance fee), so I opted not to go. Besides, a friend was visiting and I decided I'd rather spend the day/evening with her.
