I usually really only have time to work on posts that are not in a rp on weekend when I have a chance to think properly. I'll see what I can do though.

That's good though. I'm kinda stuck. O.o I don't feel like writing drabbles. The only thing I feel like doing, lit wise, is round robin @.@ but I can't find a partner. T-T

I'd do one with you but I'd rather RP and do one long style. I still think you should join because you're so awesome and people post allll the time :P But I know you don't like them.

Yea, they're called the Kingdom of Erios and Chiazu. My favourite right now is Chiazu because there's a fun bunch of happenings with Suki but Erios is also good too. I think you could easily slip into either of them.

Well it's a literate thread and bios have to get approved, people just can't randomly joined so we have a way to stop people from joining it who would bring the quality of the writing down. We also have an OOC thread so you can chat with us first if you like :)

I have not forgotten this thread, just haven't had a chance to sit down and get it done. Will do that though some time soon and pound out at least one drabble per character.

The amount of pages really doesn't matter because a lot of the characters don't really even know each other. It's like seeing some around a lot but not really knowing anything about them, including their name. There also should be another kingdom coming around soon when I get a job for the summer and with Tabi's help, get it set up.

Tabi - Yes I know. I'm doing my part :) Just have to get posting about the characters again.

Characters: Mariah Polly, Nursie

Location: In the Nursery
Time: When Mariah was quite little

"Child! Where are you?!" Nursie almost yelled, but not quite, looking for Mariah. Mariah had hidden herself some where in the nursery which was really just the attic of the inn with some nice cotton curtains, a few plush chairs, and a lot of toys.

"Mariah, you're being extremely naughty." Nursie said, standing in the center of the room with her arms folded and tapping her right foot impatiently against the wooden floor.

Mariah was indeed being extremely naughty. She had not only decided to put mud hand prints all over the white washed walls of Nursie's room in a very messy, albeit artistic, pattern, but she had also run away from Nursie's scoldings to the nursery and hid herself from the wrath that awaited her.

"It is not at all ladylike to cover one's hands in filth and then to plaster it all over someone else's walls!" Nursie declared loudly, looking in all directions. As she turned to the open window, she could see a silhouette of a young child through the blue cotton curtains thanks to the glare of the sun. Obviously Mariah hadn't learned yet that even if she hid behind the curtain and she couldn't see Nursie, Nursie could still possibly see her.

"There you are you naughty child!" Nursie said explosively, tearing back the curtains from where Mariah was hiding. Mariah's eyes went wide and she screamed at such a high note like only little girls can and ran away. She was all the way down the stairs, out the door of the inn, and down the street towards the farmer's fields before Nursie was even able to make it to the first step. It would be two entire days before Nursie would catch Mariah again to reprimand her.

Drabble Number: 14
Characters: Suki Mai, Haimet
Drabble List Number: 59
Location: Back in Suki's home town in Chiazu.
Time: When Suki and Haimet were still young, about 12.
Special Notes: At a special ball that the merchants were holding.

"I can't believe it." Haimet declared, trying not to laugh. Suki had just arrived in the room and was dressed in, well, a dress.

"I know. It's horribly uncomfortable." Suki said with a little frown, looking at down at the dress her mother had insisted that she wear.

It was the annual formal merchant's ball and since her mother's side of the family have been esteemed members of the guild for generations, it was only simple courtesy and honor that the members invited the Mai family. It helped that Suki's father was the Captain of a very decent vessel and could bring news that would very much give the guild merchants an edge when it came to information. However, it was still a formal ball and every one was expected to come dressed to impress. Suki's mother would not hear of her wearing her fancy dress midshipman's uniform and bought her an outfit that any other girl would have died for.

The dress was a brilliant peacock blue with a scooping neckline and an empire waist. The embroidery was, of course, all peacock feathers in the finest gold thread around the hem of the dress and little collection on the left breast. It was not over the top however, Suki's mother knew that Suki would not even go to the ball if it was over the top. The skirt flared out nicely at the bottom and the dress had nice capped sleeves that would be appropriate for a girl of Suki's age. To top it all off, Suki's mother had made Suki wear her hair in a half ponytail, and stuck a little peacock feather in her hair to match.

"No, seriously. You in a dress?" Haimet tried not to giggle. He actually thought that Suki looked quite nice but as a 12 year old boy he really couldn't tell her so for reasons unknown. So instead, he fought the urge to tease her horribly. That and he was invited by the Mai's out of charity since he was an orphan, so he knew that he had to mind his manners a little bit.

"I know." Suki said a little lamely, touching the dress a little bit, not sure what to do with it, "But really, can you focus on something else? You have to escort me in and there will be a lot of merchants in there that will want to quiz you about everything to do with the navy. You'll have to be on your guard not to let any secrets out Haimet, or you will be in deep trouble with the Captain."

"Oh." Haimet said, taken aback as he obviously had not realized the seriousness of the business that might take place at the ball. He hadn't realized that balls were just more business but under the guise of pleasure.

"So there you go. Focus on that instead of my stupid dress." Suki said, a little ticked. She had initially felt like she was pretty when she put it on but Haimet's reaction had made it clear, she was only meant for the life at sea.

Characters: Milly Tudball, Lab Tech Joe

Milly sat, leaning slightly back, with her legs crossed in a very ladylike manner. She was wearing nicer clothing than usual that day because she had a meeting with the major and she knew it was in her best interest to wear her finest black pencil skirt with killer black heels and a starched white blouse. For Milly she was looking her best for her slightly pudgy frame, and it only added to her air of stifling superiority.

Crossing her arms she looked directly at Lab Tech Joe who sat awkwardly in the uncomfortable metal chair. He was placed in front of her desk, the large official mahogany desk that was usually cluttered with papers from various experiments and half drunken coffee cups and energy drinks. However, like Milly, the entire office had been cleaned up. Why? Lab Tech Joe had no idea but it was scaring him because he had never seen Milly act so sterile.

She neither talked, or moved. She just stared at him, the expression on her face absolutely unreadable. The only reason that Joe knew that she wasn't asleep with her eyes open was the occasional twitch of her left eye brow which was obviously fighting itself to go up in a rather unique expression. She hadn't even greeted him when he entered the room, for a reason that was unknown to him.

There were really no sounds in Milly's office either. The laptop which usually hummed on her desk was shut down and the screen black. Sometimes Milly would play music from her small stereo, but that was silent and even unplugged. The only sound that Joe heard was the increasingly fast beating of his heart in his head and ears. Everything else was dead, as Joe was beginning to feel that he would soon be too.

If he screamed, would anyone hear him through the silence? Would his yells for help be heard? Or would he die horribly in a tomb of emptiness, no one to ever know what happened to him, except that he was no longer in the lab and some poor sap had taken his place only to have the same thing happen again?!

Joe's eyes grew wide and his breath shortened as he saw Milly move once more and open her lips to speak.

"Go away now. I'm done with you." Milly's dry voice cut the silence sharply, and echoed through out the room. Joe nodded, nervously, and then skittered out her office, running down the hallway, and entered his own tiny office. He only passed out as soon as the door was closed behind him.

15 makes me laugh. Milly's so delightfully horrid. :lol:

Yea, Milly is a real character.
