I hate Rachel Ray's Perkiness. Ugh.

I probably would cut the fat in Paula Deen's cooking but maybe not. Hey, Julia Child used lots of fatty things too.

I always make sure that the fat on the Prime Rib Roasts that I do, are ALWAYS there when people see me carving it. And if they don't want it, then I take it and put it on my plate instead. xD

Mmm. I know they say don't eat the fat but...it's the tastiest bit!

Yeah...the "Health Board" is going to kill the industry, there is no way for kitchens to make the delicious food we do, while cutting the amount of fats in the food. Sure, it might not be the healthiest, but its damn good food.

Edit: On a side note, what do you think of the updated jacket/pants/cape? xD

I just don't like Rachel Ray's dishes...and...she is indeed too perky for my taste.

I tried cooking one of Paula Dean's recipes once and it tasted horrible because of all the butter and cream in it. *shudders*

We're having a prime rib roast for dinner, actually.

I love on the Food Network where they talk about a "Paula Dean" of butter.

Oh, sorry Drac! I didn't see your last post. I like the updated cloak, etc.

And, oooh. I'll try not to make you cook. :ninja:

@Granny: They use that everywhere, now. I think it's hilarious.

I do love butter, but I don't use it much when I cook.

Ive learned how to plate food nicely...spending $8,000 on schooling tends to force some stuff into your head...mind you, Ive always had a knack for making things look good. xD

I suppose my deserts can look good, but that's about it, or maybe if I stopped eating half of it while I make it XD

Well, that amount is what I myself paid. The rest of the schooling(which was about 16,000) was paid for with the money from an account my grandpa opened for me when I was born. He put enough in that by the time I was 21, it paid for 2/3 of my schooling.

Wow, that was nice of him. I'm going to have to pay for graduate school all by myself. Undergrad is paid for by bright futures, luckily.

It's still far less than I'll end up spending. :/

I'm gonna need scholarships. I don't want to spend my inheritance from when my grandmother passes, on school. I'd rather invest it.

Yeah, I didn't even know he did that until I turned 21, and had been accepted into college. I was sure surprised when my mom said the first two semesters were covered.

I have a savings bond but it's only a $100 I believe. I won a crawling contest when I was little.

Vix looks like a sexy spy to me, for some reason.

With me it was the same way Birdie. All my tools, books, tuition. I get it all back from Taxes...or should have. But seeing as I didn't make enough, the government said fuck off...and I haven't gotten it all. Only about 1/3 of the amount I myself paid came back at me. -.-
