Lol, then don't let them be available. I find I only stock my house with healthy foods (a 1 or 2 small treats) when I go shopping every other time I leave my money and bank cards at home. Basically if I want to eat while I'm out then I have to bring something with me.

In the beginning it will be hard, it always is, but after a while you start to crave things that are good for you. Find healthy alternatives to things you enjoy.

Everyone likes some healthy things. Start with those instead of junk food. Snacking on fruits&vegitables is always a better choice.
No jokes. No gags.... Unless u eat something u really, really! Don't like. Then u might gag.
Oops, sorry. That one just slipped out. 😏

Unfortunately healthy food costs money I don't have
Not that I'd live off McDs.. that's a level I wont stoop to.

Sad thing about healthy food is how fast it expires.

Ahh...you just need to know how to shop. People CAN be healthy on a budget but its not as readily easy.

That's true... but one also needs the motivation to cook from scratch. I mean heck I could live off of potatoes and rice if I really wanted to.

Potatoes and Rice >.<

If you are only going to live off one thing, it should be a protein. Your protein is the most important nutrient your body needs.

Protein is always either expensive, bad tasting, or turkey.

Depending on where you shop, chicken can be relatively inexpensive, and chicken is a fairly blank slate.

Really? For what you get and the quality of it here, chicken isn't really worth it.

Doughnuts are the worst. They look big and filling until you eat an entire box and still crave more...

I find that nuts are a convenient source of protein that is readily portable and doesn't require preparation.
Sliced almonds are nice...enough crunch to satisfy that need for crunch, without any fry oil and salt...
Throw a few into your salad, on oatmeal,...just about anywhere!
I like to take almond slices and dip them in Nutella! ...or cream cheese!
...but they are great, plain, too!
Not a fan of almonds? ...maybe pecans? ...walnuts? .....natural peanutbutter on a celery stick?

Whenever I eat nuts they don't crunch, but instead they creak like wood...
