I went to the city to go to the Melbourne Moomba Festival with Maimai. We saw fireworks, & we played some games. I won a red plushie rose, a water pistol & a pink mouse plushie.

I'm going to go again tomorrow night with another friend. There are fireworks for 3 of the 4 nights it's on. Saturday, Sunday & Monday. It started on Friday night though. XD Annual festival event here.


I didn't get to go on any of the rides tonight, but hopefully I will go tomorrow.


My boyfriend is a wuss, he's too afraid of heights to even ride with me on a ferris wheel. :lol:

You sure? Well there are two events like it down here. But I like Moomba better than the Royal Melbourne Show. You have to pay to get into The Show, but Moomba is free. 8D~

Sounds lke Claim Jumper & I would be good friends. ROFL. Never heard of it though! Do they serve nice food there though? Or is it not so great quality, but in great proportions?


I can't stand people with such little appetites who just nibble & then they're full. DX At least, this is because it makes me feel like a greedy pig when I'm with friends like that. XD I could never be in a relationship with someone like that. Thankfully my boyfriend eats just as much as I do. XD

I've never had Brazilian BBQ for the life of me, but my sister's fiance said it's really tasty! I'll have to be the judge of that hahaha.

As for CJ, here's a link to their site. It's mostly American food, but they serve it in extremely large portions. I might be full from lunch so I may (alongside my boyfriend) just order dessert and then pick off other people's foods XDDD (and when I mean huge, I mean HUGE. GARGANTUAN. GODZILLA-STATUS.)

I do that too! Picking off other people's plates. For some reason other peoples food tastes better than my own, even if it's exactly the same thing! :lol:

i WAS on a diet for a few days.. then someone had to make coffee near me.. omg the AROMA >>; instant off-diet.
