Minuxe, I see... Some subdivisions do have those. Some. But not all. Though it's more common to see people who just hold Halloween parties and in costume.

Maybe the trick or treating thing has yet to spread to the mainstream.

The first three times I tried to get things from the NPCs I failed and felt like they were purposely bullying me.

That's about how I felt. And then all they would give me is candy corn....Well, I won't be short on the corn when the time comes.

When I was I kid we just did our own trick or treating at home. We turned our playroom into a horror room. Trick or Treating wasn't practiced in our neighborhood. I am from the Philippines too.

They all hate me... I keep getting nothing, nothing, and even more nothing... *grumble* lol

Really? Trick or treating was a big deal in my neighborhood. The only problem came when half the parents wanted to make it eariler and the other half didn't.
