Depends on what floor or unit you are working, Angie. My stay in the hospital saw its fair share of code blues and grays.

Oh yea code blues always mostly in the units

a lot of code greys? Code grey is bomb threat at least at my Hospital

Not sure if that is what it was, she left her med cart in my room and shut the door and she went next door. Because the codes included the room number when they were called. So, I can't be entirely sure that the heck the code was about. I was more pissed about having to wait an additional half hour for my pain meds. Yes, that sounds selfish, however, at the time my pancreas, gall bladder and liver were duking it out for which one could cause me the most pain and Dilaudid was the only saving grace I had.

We have never had a code grey.

Yep, they ripped the gall bladder out, seems he was the one getting the other two all riled up. Damn gall stones. Ended up having emergency surgery for its removal four days prior to my scheduled surgery because two more stones had gotten out and were causing me severe pain. Apparently once a gall bladder goes bad they continue to lead their life of painful crime until you give them the boot.

Yup I dont have my gallery bladder anymore either they sure can make ya sick

My friend just had her's taken out as well, started making stones. My mom and younger sister are the only women in my family that still have their gall bladders.

Where is everyone? So weird that this event and FoWN are/were so quiet.

By the number of gall bladders we take out daily I'm surprised anybody in this town has a gall bladder anymore

Kind of wonder if say the next evolution of the human is no more gall bladder at birth. Like appendix that we no longer need.

Yeah, haven't seen Siipu in a hot minute, Elirona, Eastriel, Dragoness, they all seem to have poofed.

It's been aaaages seen I've seeb Siipu. Last time we talked he was working on an internship, but that was like six months ago
