My cat went through a faze of that but we started making sure she got attention and she has stopped.

Hahahah. If Oscar did that in my room he wouldn't be allowed in ever again. I think he knows that.

Oh it made me mad but I realized that she first of all, had been moved to my at the time fiance, now husband's, place so she wasn't seeing as much of me and I was stressed with trying to help get my mom moved to Washington state that I didn't give her the attention she needed. After that I started making sure to give her plenty of attention and make sure she wasn't loose in the rest of the house unless we were out there.

Sounds like a pretty loving cat :)

She is a loving little sweetie. I only have to call her name once, unless she was really asleep, and she will be one her way to me.

Oscar is outside somewhere. I try to make him stay outside for as long as possible, because else he would stay inside all day and night.

I live in the city so I prefer to keep my cat inside and she is kind of scared of being outside, though she loves to sit in the open windows and watch the world.

Oscar is just an old man that likes sleeping, but we live on a relatively peaceful street with a large bush area out the back. So, if it's not raining or stormy that is, I think he'd have more fun outside.

Probably. When I was growing up most of our cats were outdoor. We would close them in the garage at night to keep them safe from coyotes and stuff.

We don't have anything here that is remotely dangerous for cats, so they can roam all they like. (Well, I mean we have cars and the like, but predator-wise we have nothing).

That seems logical. I didn't trust the people or the look of the neighborhood I lived in when I first got Kamea. So now, even if I wanted to let her out she is scared of the outdoors. We used to let them out onto the balcony off of our apartment but one night she fell or jumped off it and she has been scared ever since.

Yeah. She was terrified when I found her. It took me 5 minutes to get close enough to grab her and then my dad came out to help and she just about shredded me she was so freaked out. But all in all she is a little goof-ball.

I hope she wasn't hurt too much though.

She didn't seem hurt, just frightened. It was only a second story apartment and there was grass underneath. I saw someone else's chihuahua go off their balcony too and it was fine.

Hmm, maybe next time pet owners should put some sort of mesh around the balcony to stop their pets from falling? XD

Yeah maybe. We never really worried about it. We had been there for close to half a year before she went off the balcony. The rest of the cats never did.

Apparently. And she was an outdoor cat at the place where she was born. I got her as a kitten from some friends. Its also possible she was playing with one of the boys and got accidentally knocked off.

Exactly. It was hilarious because at that time we had the stray kitten also that we had rescued. When we first got him he would try to play with Kamea and before long she would be growl and hissing. Before long he was the one growling and hissing when she would attack him.

Oscar and our two other cats don't get along, unfortunately. I think it is because Oscar is afraid of Tik. Tik is huge and white with gold eyes. Oscar lashes out at him if he gets too close. So then Tom, Tik's mum, has to defend her son by lashing out at Oscar whenever she can.

Whenever I go to my aunts house the cat literally scares the dog we dogsit for. She's a big collie and the fat cat just has to hiss or look at her and she's backed into a corner. I feel so bad for her.

Hahahaha. That is pretty funny.

my niece's cats are a freakin trip! Cat is posing now and Napkin has a habit of decorating her food with stolen objects before eating it.
