Explaining to the family over and over that I want nothing, and I mean nothing, to do with dogs. I am all about cats.

I don't hate dogs.
In fact, I was thinking that once I move out on my own, I might get a dog to feel protected.
But then, I probably could just carry pepper spray and get the same feeling of protection.

I dislike dogs and fear them quite a lot. They're so loud… -_-

Yeah, dogs can be pretty loud.
Cats are much quieter and the sounds they make are adorable. <3

And cats look a lot cuter to me.

I know I was missing Beans today. I thought about her when I opened the fridge. She used to come running when she heard the fridge open, but alas... there was no noise and no fuzzy nose bumping my leg. :c

I live at home with my parents and they don't want another dog.

Yeah, that's why I haven't gotten another pet yet either.
My parents also miss Beans, but they don't want another rabbit. My mom is scared of cats, and we are moving to an apartment where it would be difficult to house a dog.

We've had two dogs and both have had to be put to sleep.

Though right now we have a cat as my brother has moved back in and has a cat.

I want another cat, but I don't know how my cat feels about other cats in his space. :(
Maybe I'll ask a shelter if there is a trial period where I can return the cat and get at least part of my fee back? idk

We have allowed ourselves to be ruled by robots already...
Everything is automated these days...robo phone calls, robo reminders, robo payments, robo cars...Soon we will all completely forget how to think for ourselves!
