Pretty much- I may add different criteria every other week but, if I do, I will probably announce it a week prior to implementing anything. Its kinda wait and see what feels fair or fun to do.

Update: Please bear with me but I live in one of the areas affected by the recent outbreak of tornadoes and strong storms. My area lost all electricity on Wed. the 27th and it still hasn't been restored. They are projecting that power may be restored by this coming Tue. or Wed. but it could be longer. Due to this, I'm pushing back the first drawing to next Sunday (the 7th) since I have pretty much no way to be online (I've had to travel out of town for supplies and temp. internet access).

I will try to keep everyone posted if anything changes this.
