I really hate to see so many female only items and like no male only items.

Sorry Kent, it comes down to the simple fact that male items generally fairly easily fit the female base, but female items do not very easily fit on the male base and have to be remade. We generally try to do both, but sometimes the outfit isn't really suitable to males ( like the dea) or we ran out of time ( like in the case of the River Crop Top).
