It can be. You can use it to draw lol XD and I've been waiting for it for a week now lol

but it's not something made for drawing and all that. It's not as cool! I didn't even know you could draw with an ipad at all. I've used one and I know nothing of this.

Haahhaha yea! They have apps for it :) any tablet or touchscreen computer can be used to draw. It's not like on Sao or Photoshop but it is really cheaper and works pretty well lol.

hm...I think I'll just stick to using my laptop.
