Was gaia for me, was hiding out in quieter guilds cause the forums scared me and somebody told me about Mene. Hardly been back to gaia since and that was 8 years ago!

I was deployed, I was bored with Gaia. I had traded my way to a Halo, both bear hats, both headphones and everything else I could have wanted with the exception of a Rose Corsage (Ended up selling it to a a friend who was looking for it for his girlfriend for a good price and just never bothered getting another again.)

I ended up on Mene by some random happening. Saw someone wearing Panda slippers. Decided I must have them in my life. And pretty much the rest was history after that. Got one of every item on the site, became staff, left staff, started playing here less and less

Is gaia still around??

Oh dear another social place bites the dust?

I came from Gaia also, many a moon ago.
I use to be the queen of casino's over there xD. I was one of the first people to start those games. Then we sorta turned it into a guild, it was really interesting for ages. But then my friend Nivvy found this place, and i pretty much stopped going on gaia less n less. And now i've been here like 9 years or something? My inventory on gaia has almost depleted from buying art and banners over the years. Gaia really sucks. Too many items, too many people, too much money you gotta spend to keep up. But oh the arts so many wonderful, talented people over there it breaks my heart!!

I think i remember a wave of people coming in from mobamingle right when it shut down or something? but i don't know it personally. ^^;;

I used to have a different account by the name of "Zephi", I don't remember what happened to it really but this was the account I made after. Haven't really been here for about 10 years but I still think of this place *and the people* that I met all those years ago. I hope that everyone is doing well. Honestly, I'm surprised to see that it's still running at all.
