Oh there's nothing wrong with a torrid past as long as it's done right but most people just make them dark and brooding with amazing skills. And they always "get the girl/man" or whatever.

I know. It's awesome. I love rp-ing but it's hard to find good ones sometimes. Or ones that don't die out quickly. I'm liking this one a lot so far so hopefully it will keep going well.

I have to ask, do you already have a story planned out? I feel a little out of the loop here since you two obviously already know each other fairly well. I just want to make sure that I don't post out of the boundaries of your plans for the rp.

And as far as I know, at least, there aren't any plans. I'm just manipulating the plot as I see fit, because that's what I do.

Chiazu and Erios are on the verge of war, due to some antics of Serefina's despotic uncle who was overthrown when Prince Regent Anastazi came back from school, where he was studying Prime Magick. There is some of 'Fina's dark past mixed in there that will be revealed later.

The Vizier is trying to marry both the Prince and Princess off with people of 'his' choosing, so that he can have more power. He could marry the princess himself, except she won't have him and besides, he prefers being the power behind the throne.

There is also a group of people who are trying to push the war forward, since they can make money by being paid as mercenaries for the various groups as well as weapons distributors. No one knows who they ultimately work for just yet.

There are other minor things, but those are the most obvious things. But any and all things are interruptible and stoppable.

Not incest, though a lot of people think so. Anastazi is just pretty much the only male that 'Fina trusts. Marlon was sorta forced on her, cause he knows her secret.

But yeah, despotic is a good word.

Anastazi has only made a cameo appearance so far. Anastazi is 'Fina's older brother, and the Prince Regent.

Really? That's really lame. Has he cleared his cache? I found it helped me out a bit there.

He's tried everything but restarting, but he doesn't want to restart cause he has things going. So odds are, he won't be on tonight.
