Keisume, the blue Yumeh hoodie in the event store is a good item to purchase. You can use it until you get another top - one you are aiming for. By the time you get it, the hoodie will be twice the price in the regular shops. Then you can sell the hoodie for what you paid for it to the sell back store - or maybe 60% or 70% store price in the exchange. Then you can use the gold to get the bottom you are questing for.
