I hear Lise is giving out a black bear head....but that may be a special thing.

I just need Mr. Mayor's candy. And Lise's black bear I think is only given out to avatars she likes. I don't know much about it, though. I haven't even seen it.

I've got all the treats so far except Mr. Mayor's, but I trick or treated whist he was 'at home", so I figure he hasn't gotten around to the trade yet.
