That post was meant as a ping to everyone who rolled out of bounds during the first day. It is exactly what it means in that post. You already rolled for Day 2 so you have to wait until the day resets at 8pm EST for your next roll.

Nothing at all to do with any hitting other balls. Red signifies the ball going out of bounds on that shot.
