Are there other any fans/performers of Butoh here? If you don't know what it is, look it up on youtube. It's better to see it for yourself!

I'm a Butoh performer myself. I perform with my friend, who is also on this site. Butoh isn't very popular in our area, so we've been trying hard to raise awareness for it and help it get recognized as an art form. To do this, we've been doing street performance every month. It's going pretty well so far, we did one last night actually.

So, any thoughts on Butoh? Would you ever consider performing?
