good morning/evening y'all how are we all doing? I am tired but okies, just been resting to make sure I am getting over my virus. I did go do a little shopping though which was so nice just to get out of the house, I also was able to get a new writing book which I am very happy about.

Heya melody, yeah it is good, I am worried about my poor pudda boy though, Tyrone is a five month old kitty who has an allergy to his food! I have tried so many different things that its driving me a tad nutty. I know, totaly conversation change but yeah. I wanted somewhere to vent, he has sores all up and down his neck which is a commen reaction to allergies like his, the vet doesn't know what else to do either, I am swapping vets coz I don't think that she really cares.

My friend had a cat that needed vegitarian cat food. You can pick it up at produce speciality stores, I think in Cali they were called farm fresh or something like that. I think... Maybe that's here and there they were called like Pure or something. I don't remember. >.< But it is worth looking into anyway.

Switching vets would probably be a good idea, if your vet doesn't care about your animal, they aren't worth going to. Specially not at the prices we pay for vet visits!

Our cat has allergies too :( He gets these lumps under his skin that can get rather large. His vet wants him to get allergy tested sometime in the fall, but we cant afford it right now. So when he gets these lumps we take him in and he gets a shot. Don't let that vet lie to you, there IS something that can be done for it. The shot that our cat gets makes him very sleepy but it works and the reaction is gone within a day or 2.

Absolutely there is something that can be done. My roommate's dog gets allergy shots. They are expensive but they help her keep from scratching her fur off in the winter.

Dumpling, that's my problem right now too and why I've been crabby this week. I've not posted as much because of it but I'm finally starting to feel normal again.

You know what's funny about shoes? They can be comfortable when you first try them on, and walk around the store... but once you try to walk in them for an evening or something they hurt. It makes me sad. </3

Morning all - I can't believe it's November!!

I have my interview today - I'm not sure how I feel about all this.

I'm nervous - I want the job because it would be a 9K pay raise - but at the same time part of me wants to just stay where I am until I can find something in a library like I really want.

I'm going to go and see what the job is all about and interview - there's a good chance they won't want me anyway and I won't have to make a choice - but I'm so torn.

The money would be good - but I have a feeling I'll be overworked and underpaid for what the job entails (even if it is a huge raise from what I make now). I'm also a little worried about having to work under a board of directors - I've heard so many horror stories about working with a board . . .

I'll have to be sure to ask them about paid holidays, hours, vacations and all that stuff - since I've been working at a university for 4 years I'm used to getting a lot of holidays off regular business don't seem to get off. :?

I'm sure everything will go fine Sia, and then you will get to choose if you want the job or not XD
But if it isn't something you want don't accept. It's no fun working at a job you don't enjoy. or take it as a temp type of job and if the board is horrendous leave. and tell your next company that you couldn't work with the board of directors because they all worship satan or something. >.<

I'm making things up now. I need so sleep. anyway, good luck! Remember, your skills are desirable, and they are giving you the interview which means they already kinda like you. (:

Hi all, work is busy so I can't be around much today.</3

They announced the show the love contest winner. Wasn't me, I guess they enjoyed public humiliation better than my puppy. XP

Anywhoo, the have humane mouse traps Mel. I've seen them at Wal-mart. They just trap the mouse without hurting it, but you have to remember to check the trap so the thing doesn't starve to death. Hope that helps<3

Well, got to run again. I'll try to get back on around 3 so I can catch the clue. *huggles all around*
