It is an old tv show that isn't aired anymore. However it is famous. I suggest falling in love with the voyager series. The earlier seasons and series in star trek are good, but a bit cheesy on the graphics and costumes if you don't already love star trek.

My boyfriend made me watch the movie that came out last year, that's all I've seen.

my father got me hooked when i was young.
all the Star Trek series have a special place in my heart.
Voyager is definitely up there for me... Captain Janeway ftw!

I saw star wars first... they are okay... but they are not in a series like star trek is...
