Dae is watching the season with the 9th Doctor. There are definitely lots of explosions. xD

@ ljosberinn: You know, I don't know who created the picture, though I wish I did. I got it off the Coilhouse blog. I believe it was part of the post about the 4th issue of the magazine coming out.

@ Taiyo: there is not 12 doctor, yet. Basically this kid decided to go as a imagined version of what's to come.

Thanks! It popped up when I was doing an image search for a different picture, and it just makes me giggle every time I see it, so I had to put it there. The pompadour, the bewildered licking... it's simply perfect.

All new and shiny, yep!
I watched the first two (new) seasons back when they premiered, but lost interest between the seasons because I was too young to appreciate it or something. Decided a month or two ago that I should see what I've missed, so I started catching up and now I'm addicted. I've been watching as many as four episodes a day, have had a few dreams about being the Doctor's companion, and my ultimate christmas wish is this sonic screwdriver... but the 11th's is fine too, and while we're on the subject of the 11th, I might just go ahead and buy him. And lest we forget the poor 9th, I'd also get this shirt. :ninja:

*reaching unhealthy levels*

Oh my God! My friend has that sonic screwdriver and my sister has that shirt! I have one with a Dalek <3 ^^
I've had a few dreams about Doctor Who recently, one where I was the Doctor xD (My favourite one though, was where David Tennant leaped through a window like a ninja <3)
And I know how you feel about being younger and not appreciating it, I only went on my rabid-fangirl-marathon this year <3

You, your friend, and your sister are awesome. Does your Dalek shirt say anything?
I totally want the screwdriver just so I can tuck it inside my shirt (I guess I'd have to start wearing blazers with interior pockets) then randomly pull it out and point it at things with purpose.
I also love fiddling with things while I'm on the computer, so I'd just spend all day making it make noises. Or scrunching up my face and pointing it at my computer to pretend I was hacking into it.

Window-leaping sounds pretty epic! But that can't top mine - I helped The Doctor defeat some weeping angels. :talk2hand:

Unfortunately not, it's just a Dalek xD
My friend actually keeps his screwdriver in his top pocket under his school blazer and then takes it out, points it at something and puts it away again  I tried to steal it, I failed. :stare:

Scary! xD Not as scary as the Vashta Narada though, those kept me scared of the dark for Weeks! xD

That's still cool, though! Where did you get it?

Your friend is awesome.

Hey, who turned out the lights? :gonk:

Okay, so here's something I've been wanting to discuss with someone... which is scarier, the daleks or the cybermen?
On one hand, the daleks are stronger (they can kill cybermen), but that doesn't really matter since either could kill you easily. With Daleks, it's a bit easier to stall if you have a plan since they're more likely to respond to you, whereas Cybermen don't really care. With a Cyberman, your "death" seems to be longer and more painful, and there's a lot more of them. And the Daleks are more likely to retreat, whereas the Cybermen don't.
So really, the Cybermen should be the scariest. Yet the Daleks creep me out more. >>

The internet.

He is, I actually introduced him to Doctor Who.

That terrified me! xD My bestie says that when my teacher asks me to turn off the lights. :gonk:

I find the Cybermen scarier, the fact that they used to be human scares me. I mean, you could become one of them and the fact they feel NO emotion creeps me out xD /wimp
The Cybermen also made me cry when they realised what they were, not that that means anything. :ninja:

@ Antacid: I know what's going on you're sig, but why'd you have to pick a picture of the Doctor licking something?

zeapear - Aww, don't remember which site?

Yeah, I understand what you mean. And for that reason, added to the ones I listed, I really should be more scared of them. Maybe it's how persistent the Daleks are? Or their voices? But sort of not, because I kind of like their voices. I don't know, they just creep me out. But they're probably my favorite Doctor Who villain. It's just that when a Cyberman shows up I'm like "Oh, it's Cybermen, how'd they get here?" but when a Dalek shows up I get a moment of "AAAH, HOLY SHIT, RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!"

Taiyo - Because it's just funny. The look on his face and the absurdity of the whole thing just amuses me. Not to mention his hair.

Oh yeah, weeping angels scare the crap out of me too. :gonk: Possibly... yeah, moreso than the Daleks. They're just not a "classic" Doctor Who villain, so I don't include them in the "ultimate Doctor Who villain" face-off.

I've only seen Doctor Who from 2005 (I still have a good idea of older 'Who though) so I can't really have an 'ultimate Doctor Who villain' face-off xD Modern Doctor Who is a different matter though, the Daleks would win but I adore the Jadoon xD
