i would have been heart broken if we had lost this site for good.

Anyone else have that error message happen a LOT the past week or two? It's like everyday I try to get on I get that error message and I just assume Mene is down for good at that point.

I've had that happen once or twice, but usually Mene loads successfully after I refresh a couple of times.

Oh cool, I hadn't noticed. Woot! At least we'll be able to get new users again.

I think it's literally back as of today. First new user in six months registered today!

Wow has it been six months since we had a new user?! Damn.

I guess that means Inso is still around fixing things, even if we don't otherwise see him.

Rerelease popular older items. Even if just recolors. There are many options. Honestot if possible id trade gold/items for the mennies and let the mennies die on my account. However, I believe only Inso is capable of such a task as trading mennies from one account to another. So, it leaves with really recolors of items. Peeblos, old vday such as pop, boa, pin. Green and gold clover pins. They are such rare items and given the status of Mene, it isnt a bad shout to rerelease. As they are so rare the items dont really rise in value.

I'm in agreement. I'd like to see old items re-released. I think it's a good idea, and most long-established sites have re-released their older items in one way or another.

Right now it's very hard to get ahold of older items. The marketplace tab has been dead for a long time, and you don't have to go too far down in the first page of shops to find threads that have been posted in this year.

Active user count has been steadily dropping between events and tipping lower. This means even less people are around to keep items in circulation.

So if it's possible to do so in the current state, I think it would be a huge benefit to the community, rather than worrying about the 110,419 users who might have those items sitting in accounts that haven't been touched. I wouldn't even mind spending IRL money on them either! But IDK if that is feasible or even worth doing at this point.
