I touched a gold glitter box at the store and got the worst case of glitter disease I'd gotten in years.

Reminds me of those glitter prank companies. They'll ship a package full of glitter to whatever address you choose...and guess what happens when someone opens it!

I remember the days when I would sweep up all the Christmas tree grass after putting away the tree (we had a faux tree) and put away the ornaments :)

Oh, please. Forget that. I picked them all up by hand and stashed them away. Momma was like, aw yiss, no vacuuming!

I always just threw them away. But that reminds me of how people in my elementary school would collect eraser shavings!

That's impossible‼ But I've heard of them as a witchcraft ingredient.

Christmas tree grass? Or eraser shavings?

Yes, they would rub their erasers across the desk repeatedly just to collect the shavings

Eraser shavings. Representing banishment.

It was nice and soft and fluffy and in all different colors.

I never got into it. Thought it was a waste of eraser.

I'm just going to go ahead and change the topic because I have no clue what the current topic is....

So I'm currently listening to music from anime sound tracks...and it occurred to me that vast majority of the Japanese music I listen to is discovered through watching anime first...huh.

I haven't watched any horror films in years....used to love them but then 13 ghosts put me off watching them for years.

I make enough mistakes as is, so who needs additional erasing?

Ling, I think I experienced the same thing! I LOVE horror movies but then get too scared after watching them, haha. Once, I watched all three of the Grudge movies in a row, got so scared, and didn't watch another horror movie for like a year...

That's cool that you discover music through anime! I remember loving the Elfen Lied song that was in Latin.

Haha I agree, Amane!
