We don't generally release ahead of time how many event items there will be until it's the last one. ;)

And perhaps you can put a request in for a set to match the shoes in the Regular Items Suggestion thread. :) There are not plans currently.

I hope they use traditional Halloween colors, so that the items will go with everyone's festive avatars. :)

Yeah, sorry about that. Things were meant to work a bit differently, but I guess that was part of why the coding took so long to finish. So how it was originally going to work had to be scrapped.

At least it's easy enough to make candy corns, which is the one you really have to worry about. The candy apples are for event store items and they are little party favors on the side, not meant to be something you get a lot of for free. :)

I think it was most frustrating because it was postponed a whole day
a lot of people liked sunday because it was weekend and a lot of people could get on and get a head start
because weekdays are pretty chaotic for most people

That's exactly why I was frustrated with the event at first. But then I realized that we'd be getting the following Sunday to make up for the delay, so there's no real loss. x3

But yeah... today sucks. I don't know why I'm still studying. I'm totally going to fail my biochemistry exam tomorrow. Then I'll come back to the event forums here and chat to make myself feel better. xD

Yeah, the frustration for the event delay was high for everyone. We had full intentions to release noon yesterday. Before I went to sleep even, I double-checked with Ken so when I woke up early to make sure everything was ready to go, I wouldn't be up longer than I needed to. >_>; I guess sometime in the middle of the night he realized it was going to be more difficult than he thought to fix the bug and here we are... It's very unfortunate. :p

But at least you'll get all of next Sunday rather than two half-Sundays, yes? :B
