Florinana~ well... I don't think it is a complex system.
Though there are people who dislike Gaia, but there are LOTs of group auctions that goes in the one total bid format. Very easy to capture. (besides, some of those group auction, to make their artists so call merge in together, they have a themed auction. Which also works well for the themed event purpose of this auction.)
Again, that depends on preference. I was just commenting for the sake of surprise.
Imagine that I had seen more than fifty group art auction, all their set up had been the same format, of course I am surprise to come across a different format.
You may have better out come for this separate auction though.
