As as for rewards for the losing teams. Maybe there wouldn't be but you don't know that for a fact so there's no reason to say they'll be sore losers.

Maybe some people are holding on to their yarn to donate at the last minute.

You can't be sure when it'll end, and it ends when you're offline.
It's not the smartest choice.

There's still a lot of time left before the end of the event, but I don't get why the meter keeps dropping. Can the yarns given be reduced?

Hmmm...there's really only one item I really want, and that would be the heaven cat. The items this time aren't really all that expensive and there aren't as many as at Halloween...at least I don't think so.

@simplixity: The meter drops as people take yarn from greed.

The meter measures how many people are Keeping ( or spent) yarn on them rather than Donating, and vice versa.

The number of people Keeping increases steadily, while the number Donating increases in smaller amounts;

Greed wins, and the bar becomes less Green (for donated yarn) and more Red (for kept yarn).

Because yarn that has been Kept and Spent cannot be donated, The amount of yarn spend needs to be countered with a greater or equal number of yarns Donated.

Ah. That makes more sense. Because people have to take yarn from greed in the first place. But I thought it more in terms as the meter drops when people Spent the yarns, rather than just keeping it.

Ah, but greed still gets the point if the user hasn't donated the yarn.

That's why it's so low,
it might rise more towards the 4/6 ratio range a couple days from now, when people stop keeping yarns and donating, or stop buying and start donating.
