"Oy vey," Yerik looked over at his partner, Chiasa. For a moment, he spoke to her in a different tongue; one none of the campers knew. He said something to her along the lines of how these kids were daft and would probably end up dying like the last pair. He instructed her to be ready with the portal in case things got that bad. He really didn't want more blood on his hands. Conversation with Chiasa done, he returned his attention to Constance and Arty, who were trying to touch him. Scratch that, they were touching him. Such weird kids, he mused before brushing them off.

With so many questions to answer, Yerik decided he would ignore them all and simply state what he wanted to share. "Welcome to what you would all feudal Japan. Only, this isn't the Japan you've read about in stories and played through in games. Things have fallen toward the bleak side of the shade. Chaos and darkness surrounds us. Tales from the west, from Europe, spoke of titans and how twelve Olympians would need to save the world. Well, that day has come. That time is now. Each of you," he pointed to the twelve campers, "were hand selected by me." For a moment, their was a shift in his appearance. He was no longer the young-looking Yerik. Instead, he was the owner of the camp. "Each of you wished to find who you are. Each of you has the potential to succeed. I have brought you back in time to aid me on a quest. Chiasa, though strong, isn't strong enough to do everything. We need your help. Within your hearts lies the source of your true power. Within you, there is your strength. Your Olympian."

He rose a hand to silence everyone who tried to interrupt him. "Chiasa spoke of beasts. Those beasts are titans. How and why are they here? A ripple in time. A bit of magic. And a god. You were summoned because you're all decedents of the mighty Olympians. You're capable of defeating these monsters and restoring history."

Touching the air before him, a portal opened. It showed their world. It showed them each sleeping in their beds. "Time had stopped in your era. You will spend many days in here in exchange for a few minutes over there." The portal closed in a poof of pink smoke. "If I see you unfit or on the verge of death, I will banish you from this era and send you back to your slumber." A smile seized his lips. "The last group that failed suffers from mental issues. I advise you to succeed to prevent the trauma from leaving prematurely."

Yerik paced around the room some. "I'll have to open a portal for you to grab clothes. You'll be able to select anything you want. I'll give you each about five-minutes to seek out clothing. I'll be sending you to the Emporium. It is a world with nothing but clothes and weaponry. Go, be swift." Opening the portal, which came in the form of a door, he cocked a brow at each. "Hurry now, you've only five minutes."

Note: The section of the Emporium you're in only had clothing and weapons. These items are from any and every era -- past, present, and future. You're not limited to just the feudal days so you're welcome to pick whatever you want. Cosplays, suits of armor, and other outfits can be found there, too. These suits can have fantasy appeals to them too. Perhaps the deflect magic, absorb heat, are bullet-proof. You can describe the outfit to your heart's desire. The more detail, the better so we know the limits of your attire. On the tag of each item, it explains its properties. Try not to go too overboard, that's all I ask.

Coops listened, with an almost unbelieving look upon his face the whole time, one eyebrow raised, as if he was watching someone tell him that they had decided to fly to the moon in a balloon to eat all the cheese. But no that was probably more easily believed than what Yerik was telling them.
"Great" he muttered when mental issues were mentioned. He also watched as the portal opened, and ran his hand through his hair as he spoke up
"So you are telling us, that we have been transported through space and time to a parallel Japan in history, where forces of darkness are threatening the world with Titans, let me guess they aren't small and fluffy, being called Titans? And we hand picked few are to unlock hidden powers to fight these monstrosities, and what ever summoned them, and restore the space time continuum as it should be? In the meanwhile try not to get killed or injured or we may suffer serious brain damage?!"

Coops took a large breath as he finished, thinking back on what he said, all the movies and films he had watched where people never believe what they are told, despite things being right in front of them, he looked again at the portal and paused for a second

"Okay!" He blurted, the pitch of his voice a bit higher than usual
"Five minutes you say?"

And he stepped through the portal, he looked back to see Arty and Constance as two of the closest, and he called over to them
"It's fine, it's okay" and held out his arm to them

She had too many questions and not enough time to ask them. When the pink eyed man told her she only had minutes to gather up weapons and wear, she jumped right to the task. There was no hesitation. There was no fear. There was merely the race against time.

Within seconds of entering the other world, Anna felt a weird sensation in her stomach. It felt as if her belly were full of a million little butterflies and they were just itching to explore. Her eyes shot across the endless room. There were so many colors, so many outfits! The room was piled high with heaps of clothing. Some where neatly sorted whereas others were haphazardly scattered across the ground.

Anna didn't know where to go. Refusing to pause and think things over, she dashed off toward what looked like the northeastern wing of the shop. Hands feverishly pulled at material and carelessly discarded everything that looked too girly or too sloppy. She was hard pressed to find a practical uniform. Something comfy and warm yet light. Her brows began to sweat as she counted the seconds. Only minutes left, Anna let out a gruff bark. It was just her luck to find nothing. Not wanting to just wear her pajamas all day, she started to grab everything in sight.

Hands full, she started to move back toward the exit and it was then when she spied what she wanted. No, needed.

On display for all to see was a uniform that mimicked the 75th Hunger Game's attire. It was gorgeous; shimmering silver atop a black body. The silver pieces were both reflective and venting; allowing her body to cool naturally, if desired. Having a black core, heat would be absorbed, which would keep her warm at night. A pair of boots rested at the foot of the manikin. They looked like they were leather boots, which were ideal for all weather conditions. The leather was water repellent and quick to dry.

As she circled the manikin much like a vulture circles its pray, her eyes fell on what was strapped so neatly across the back. A quiver of silver arrows and, there on a display rack, was a perfectly sculpted bow. A pair of of white and black Under Armor gloves rest beside the blow as did all the fancy strapping apparatus.

Her eyes watered as she gazed up at the wondrous uniform and tool. Dropping everything in her hands, Anna peeled her own clothes off. Naked, she dug through her pile and found the bikini top (it had ample padding and an underwire for support) and the matching bikini bottom. She opted for the bikini to serve as her undergarments as they would dry faster than anything else.

Quickly, she dressed in the form-fitting black and silver uniform. Lacing the quiver to her back and securing the bow below her arm, she moved toward the exit again. She never figured it would get better until she came across a Hunger Games necklace. Instantly snatching it, she looped the mockingjay around her neck and quickly dove for a holster for some flechette (dart-like arrows).

Grin on her face, Anna stepped from the Emporium and now stood beside Yerik. There was nothing about this moment she hated. In fact, she was glad she was selected to fight titans. All her life, she wanted to look this heroic and now, she was ready for whatever lied in her wake. She was ready.

"I still don't get my mission, but I will not fail you." Still in love with her outfit, Anna hugged herself before smiling again. This was going to be epic. Hard, but epic.

Much like the others, Billy was trying to figure out just what was going on. There was much to take in and, from the sounds of everything, the camp was starting to make sense. He was smart enough to google the camp name in English meant "Discover Oneself." He found it odd and did some more digging. Of course, he came up with nothing. A few forums that had posts about the camp were closed or blocked, which didn't register back when he was searching. Now, knowing that they were brought into the past, it was starting to make sense.

Even though Billy wasn't a huge fan of shopping, the five-minutes to find clothing didn't seem fair. Not wanting to waste a second arguing for more time, he wandered into the portal and tried to reach the litter of signs that were slung across the ceiling. It was hard to really know what was going on and where to go. He swore he saw a familiar Under Armor sign and decided to trek that way.

Sure enough, his stroll led him to a wide array of Under Armor and sporting clothes. He had to hold himself back for he was eager to gather everything up. Instead, he opted for the essentials; he didn't want to look too greedy. He found a nice form-fitting undershirt that had breathing holes on the back and armpits. A black jacket which had a reflective inside (it reminded him of a microwave) would keep the cold from eating away at his heat. The jacket was also rain and wind proof -- a huge plus in his book.

Never being one for pants, Billy went for the khaki cargo shorts with more pockets than he knew what to do with. Picking up a solar watch so he wasn't relying on batteries, he started to move toward the back more. Along the way, he swore he caught a sneak peak of some flesh. Eyes sliding to the corner, he spied Anna tying on a bikini top. Two seconds too late! If only he were faster! Although, Billy was partially glad he missed it. He didn't need to be distracted by boobs just yet.

Moving diagonally from Anna, he stumbled upon hiking boots and hiking sunglasses. The glasses were polarized, ideal for reflective surfaces. The boots were steel-toed, odd for hiking boots, but he didn't complain. They were also water repellent and 'breathable.' Whatever that meant!

His stroll continued a bit further when he stumbled upon a Boston Bruins' hat that he just had to have. He also found a suitable belt. A backpack, one that matched Anna's attire, seemed fitting. Plus, it came with a soccer ball! Could you say win-win? He would give it to her later. Deciding to be nice, he packed a pair of sunglasses in the bag as well as a few bandannas.

With only a minute left, Billy began his quickened pace back toward the exit. Along the way, he reached out and grabbed a katana and two kunai. He had no idea how to use them, but they were on the way. Billy wasn't one for fighting so he hoped he would never hate to use these. In fact, he would be happier to just hand them off to someone like Anna who had a fighting spirit.

Stepping back into the feudal age, Billy looked over at Anna who was talking to Yerik. Waiting until she was done, he moved beside her and held out the backpack. "Wasn't sure if you wanted a backpack or not. If you don't want to carry it, I will."

"Oh wow, thanks!" Smile back on her face, the blue eyes miss took the backpack from Billy. That was until she remembered she had a quiver of arrows on her back. "Oh poop, my back is pretty packed. Erm... I don't suppose you would mind carrying this?" Eyes falling on his kunai, she came up with a solution. "I can carry your throwing knives. I think they suit my ranged style anyway. And," she moved behind him. Strapping the sword to the backpack, she did her best to make it dangle from the bottom of the pack, allowing for 'easy' access. "There! That should help you grab your weapon in a pinch."

"Heh, thanks." Billy was overjoyed he wasn't one to blush or feel embarrassed. At least, none of these outwardly visible signs of affection would alert Anna to his slight interest in her. Squaring himself off so he was parallel to her, the counselor waited to see how the others were fairing before he piped up and asked questions. Hand running down his chest, he looped his hand into the belt loop on his pants. This outfit, for as simple as it was, was probably the best thing for him.

Taking everything in, Eve sucked in a breath. This was something she wasn't expecting, or what she had thought was going on. But it seemed they really didn't have a choice, seeing herself asleep, she gasped and then knew that this was for real. The last thing she needed was another health problem, so if she could help it, she was all for this. Looking at the others around her, she summoned up her courage and flashed them all a smile. Watching as the portal opened, she stepped through and looked around with interest. Seeing something catch her eye she smiled brightly. Grabbing the outfit, she went and dashed into the dressing room. Thank goodness this dress had a built in bra. Her boobs killed after running around so much and having them bounce a bunch. Pulling on the outfit, she grinned and looked in the mirror. This was definitely her style. And this bow and arrows were just beautiful. The outfit gave her speed, and her arrows could make someone come to her, if she activated them. Kinda like getting shot with a cupid arrow and running love drunk towards the shooter. Adjusting her outfitone more time she stepped out and smiled at the others. Nodding to them, she felt confident, and looked like an archer. In her mind at least. Chuckling as she gave a reassuring smile to the others, she waited to go back through the portal with Luke, or someone else. She didn't want to go alone, ever if she looked confident, she wasn't that confident.

Liking that her hair was in its naturally curly state now, the woman grinned as she looked over what the others were grabbing. Anna looked great, and Billy, well he was sporting the usual it seemed. Not that it wasn't that bad, he pulled it off well. She had just hoped that he would do something different, but then again, if it already worked and looked good why change? Her style seemed to definitely stick out, but that had been apparent since the moment she came to the camp. Maybe someone would really surprise her, like the panda onesie. That was so cute and she definitely hadn't expected that.

Lucas looked at Yerik as he passed over their questions and such, moving on to speak to the female. He raised an eyebrow, was this man insulting them while trying to ask for their help? He had a funny way of doing things, but Lucas could not turn his back on someone who needed help...no matter how arrogant they seemed. He sighed lightly, running a hand through his hair as the other opened a portal and they moved in to change clothes. Might as well get it over with right? He did not want to be stuck in his pajamas all day. He stepped in, looking around, five minutes was fine with him.

He moved off on his own, finding simple yet useful clothing to use. He chose a black tank top and jeans, simple but easy to move in. A pair of black boots would protect his feet as well as were sturdy enough to last awhile. He chose a black and white jacket, similar to one he had back home. If he got cold, he would need it. Other than that, he chose a watch to keep track of time and various other things, as well as a silver necklace similar to one his mother had passed down to him. It made him feel comfort in a way, it might have been an odd little trinket to choose, but it worked.

Now came the hard part...weapons. He sighed, looking over at the area that was more like an armory . Stepping over, he scanned along the weapons. He did not wish to be weighed down, he needed something light and easy to carry. He was skilled in his own physical combat, having been trained growing up. He felt an odd tug, the strange inner feeling surfacing inside of him again. He turned his attention to where it was tugging him. Standing in the back, was a sword. He stepped over, picking up the black scabbard, a small red band running around it near the hilt of the blade. He tilted his head, the black and gold hilt catching the light quite nicely. He placed a hand around the hilt, drawing the blade.

It was in pristine condition, as if it had never been used. The blade looked strong, and he could see his own reflection within the surface of it. There were words down the side, in japanese. He recognized them as saying something along the lines of: The True Strength Of A Worrior Lies Within His Heart. He weighed the blade in his hand, it was light, it was actually perfect for him. He smiled, slipping the blade back into the scabbard. It had a black strap, which allowed him to place it against his back, the strap crossing over his chest. Lastly, he picked up a serries of Kunai, throwing knives that would come in handy at some point, placing them within their pouch at his hip. It was a relatively simple outfit, but it worked for him.

He glanced at himself in the mirror, though he was not really checking himself out. He was not that type of guy. He nodded at himself in approval, it would work. Turning to glance at the others, he noted they picked a variety of things, especially the females. He smiled a bit, chuckling. Each of them did have their own flare. He blinked a bit, time had to be very close to running out on them. He stepped out of the portal, taking up his position once more of leaning against the wall as he waited for the others to finish choosing what worked best for them. He noticed Billy seemed to be going for the more outdoors look, a similar concept to his own, which would work well since this place seemed to be very nature oriented.

Anna seemed to choose more of a huntress style, which he could not help but admire on her. She was a beautiful woman, she seemed more down to earth, and her quirks were kind of...cute. He blinked a bit, looking away, now was really not the time for that. He found his face heating up a bit, and he slid a hand up over his eyes. Ugh, man he was starting to embarass himself, thank god no one was paying attention to him. Not that he was embarassed about thinking that way, as far as the females here went, she was on the right track of being his type. He was more down to earth himself, he did not need anything flashy or fancy.

He was happier with simple and natural, and it showed in many ways. He cursed himself under his breath, there he was going again. He pushed those thoughts away, glancing at the two guide people who were standing there. They were an odd pair still, he wondered what exactly they had in store here. The man had mentioned the last ones to go back..That meant there were people here before them. That was...certainly not comforting to know. He had also mentioned hand picking them...did that mean he had been watching them. He felt more embarassed now, rubbing the back of his neck a bit.

It was kind of awkward to think of someone watching him without his knowledge, what had this guy seen? He shook his head, switching thoughts before he scared himself for life with that one. He pondered for a moment what the man had ment by this whole olympian thing and titans. He had heard plenty of stories growing up and such but...being decendants of them and all of that....He found that hard to believe. It was certainly something to think about indeed. He wondered if it had something to do with that odd presence that seemed to be growing within him.

His hand slipped to over his heart a bit, the steady beat of his heart felt just below the surface. He took a deep breath, his hand clenching a bit against his shirt. Whatever this was, he would do his best and give it his all. A light smile formed upon his lips, it was almost amusing to think that even facing the unknown and danger, he was still willing to help someone in need. He stood up, he was ready to get going whenever the others were.

When Yerik spoke to her she quickly responded back. Basically she told him she agreed with him 100% and that they had a lot of work to do. These...kids, we’re going to probably drive her insane. Just like the last group had. She hoped with everything she had that this group would be better. Shockingly Chiasa was getting tired, just a teensy bit. It was about damn time someone else stood up and helped her besides Yerik.

The one that hit her with a bucket stepped forward. Chiasa crossed her arms and stared her down. She accepted the apology with a bow of her head. The girl had guts, she was forced to admit. Maybe, just maybe she could whip something decent out of the group.

As the questions poured out she stayed silent, watching each one of them. She was picking up speech patterns and movements from them, they were ingrained in her mind as she continued to study. Then Yerik spoke to the group and explained somethings to them. She remained silent, with her arms crossed. Weighing reactions and picking out characteristics that would help her later when she trained them.

After the portal was open and some had gone through Chiasa went through herself. She needed to stock up on some weapons. The warrior quickly strapped more knives to her body, some you could see and some were hidden. She also grabbed up a favorite of hers. It was an extremely thin, razor sharp golden whip. She wound it around her left wrist, over her sleeve, so it looked like a thick bracelet and attached the two ends together. Grabbing up a second she did the same to her right.

Newly armed she crossed back through the portal and over to her partner. Chiasa spoke in the same language before. “When shall I start on these...children? The sooner the better I think.” Eyes narrowed she looked at each one of them, which one to start with?

Her actions hadn't gone unnoticed, of course they hadn't, she was touching Yerik's cloak-though the moment she noticed that he had noticed she quickly withdrew her hand and stepped away embarrassed. The things he said made no sense to her, she was a seamstress not a warrior. The last thing in the world Arty thought herself capable of, would be fighting monsters and yet... well, here they were.

A change of clothes sounded fantastic but... five minutes? Was he really serious? Five minutes to choose a new outfit from a wardrobe of things she didn't even know? It took her longer than that to figure out what she was going to wear from her own closet in the mornings. Packing for this trip had been difficult enough and now all that careful planning gone to waste, replaced by a five minute ensemble?

Not one to waste precious time, Arty took a deep breath and gladly followed Coops through the portal. She was thankful he had gone first, that made it a bit easier. Once inside there was a sense of urgency, at least for her there was. Five minutes was not enough time to try anything on, it was barely enough time to pick something out so Artifex went through the items in a mad rush. First thing, a needle, then anything that caught her interest she loaded into her long arms and kept moving. She could have spent hours in a place like this, it had everything she could have imagined, how was she supposed to pick just one outfit?

~Better make up your mind, tout suite~
advised the voice in her head.

The seconds were ticking away, they would have to get out of there very soon but Arty wasn't done yet, her arms were weighted heavily by the numerous shirts, pants and even pieces of armour-and then she saw it. There was a piece of green fabric peeking out among the rest, it was a dark beautiful green like the forest. The material was thick and felt armoured yet it was so light and movable. "Oh the things I could do with this" she whispered to herself in awe.

~tick tock, mind the clock~ cautioned the voice.

Arty's eyes darted back to the portal, time was up, it was move it or lose it at this point. Half the things in her arms slipped away as she made a run for the exit-she hadn't even tried anything on yet but at least she had that one garment, that beautiful dark green... something. She was going to have to work with that and whatever else she had managed to grab which to be honest, wasn't much at this point since she had dropped half of it in her dash to the portal.

With a bit of a panicked yelp, Artifex dove and slid out of the portal just barely in time. Everything in her arms went flying as she landed on the floor of the cabin. Metal pieces of armour went rolling off to the side and she scrambled to her feet to run after it.

After collecting it all back up again, Artifex decidedly moved away from the others and to the far corner of the large room to pick through her things. She was never satisfied with anything she found, it was the same with shopping at home. Something always needed to be altered as ideas swarmed through her head. It had to be functional, practical and of course, stylish. So she went to work.

It didn't sound logical, it didn't sound possible. Suzanna pinched her own arm half way through Yerik's speech. And winced. It definitely hurt. She could feel her heart thundering in chest, as the story settled in her mind, hooking sharp claws there and tearing at seams of her calmness. She wanted to question every word he said. Titans? Hand picked, because they're descendants of Olympians? Olympians were gods! Messed up time lines? Brain damage? This didn't make sense on any level, it was like a teenage book or some kind of TV show, not real life... But he had changed his appearance right before her eyes, it matched story the camp owner had told last night and he had just opened a portal. Five minutes to find clothes and weapons? Well, that would be miniature hell for her. She was spontaneous in many things, but not in purchasing - or taking - things. Any questions could wait after.

She got through the portal as one of the last, since everyone pushed to get in, and as such, her search was rather frantic. "If anyone finds a gun, please pass it to me!" Suzanna asked, but no one seemed to pay her much attention. Her hands, now visibly shaking, dug through piles of items. There seemed no suitable clothing items anywhere near here: there was a dress with low cut and deep slit on right side, medieval looking armor, spandex suit and bunch of other things that were simply too big. Even in reality, it wasn't always easy to find clothes that fit her rather petite body.

She found her weapon before clothes, it was a rather large and heavy gun, kind of historic looking, but it had plenty of bullets and could be put in a holder with strap for easier carrying. What made her nervous was that it also came with box of gunpowder so it was a really old weapon...

And then she found an outfit and pair of similar pants. Slightly grimacing, she held it against her body and realized that it most likely is a perfect fit. But why it had to be something like that? Couldn't it just be jeans and t-shirt? Not that it was ugly, but... Well, there was no time for finding more and she rushed to changing rooms, if they had time. Skirt was easy to put on, it had to cuts high, apparently meant to show off legs or to make it easier to move into. Thankfully, thin pants could replace that or go under, it was obviously same set as it has same strange not quite leather, not quite fabrics material. The thigh high boots didn't have high heel, but not too thick, stable platform. She noticed a small label hanging from the corset that said 'In non-extreme situations maintains pleasant body temperature, slightly resistant to magic and provides faint camouflage.' Well, at least that was useful. Young woman fumbled with corset for a short time, it had something a like in-built bra... But somewhat of a push-up bra, then again it was corset. That's what they do - make you look good. Then came something similar to bolero jacket, but the flaps that fell so beautifully over shoulders continued into more material that draped over back and could be pulled up as a loose hood. Last detail was a belt with a pouch. And there were so many laces to pull together on jacket's sleeves! Thankfully they didn't need much adjusting right now. Along the way, she had also grabbed a small box with stud earrings with shimmering, green gem and small locket pendant. Something to fiddle with when her fingers would be too restless... And, of course, she had taken some underwear, but there wasn't much to think about it - except that it was rather lacy, but she had to deal with what she got.

Woman glanced over herself in mirror. Yes, this was nothing like she'd normally wear, although it was beautiful in its own right, with some embroidery along the edges. She couldn't make out the color of the whole thing, though, from one angle it looked mossy forest green, from another bark green. Suzanna guessed it had to do with camouflage in forest-y surroundings. It did add to beauty factor, too. Not that she wanted to impress anyone with her looks. Eve would be the one to get all the stares, for sure, and not without reason.

If they didn't have time to go to fitting rooms inside Emporium, she'd just grab more items and run out - some clothes and a short sword. Managing to not really drop anything. Suzanna would try to get these even if they had time to put the outfits on in Emporium. Hopefully, Yerik and his companion, Chiasa, wouldn't take them away. Either way, she ended up clutching things to her chest, as portal closed behind the group, her mind still reeling at all these events. It didn't seem real, not even now.

And like the curious person she was, she went to address issues she had with Yerik's story. "You basically say we are descendants of Greek gods, but then you tell us we have hidden power - this ancestor of ours? You called it Olympian, so... Unless you mean something else with 'Olympian'. And if you want us to do well, why don't you give us chance to prepare for this fight with Titans, like more time to find weapons? Or this is just start?" she questioned with slight frown, but slight tiredness in her voice.

Perhaps Mikheil had easier time accepting it all as real than many present. He loved stories, creating them, reading them, actually everything about them, especially if they were heroic and fantasy themed. After all, he had a character that was replica of himself in so many ways - and in rest copy of what he wanted to be. So, of course he had dreamed about this happening. Although it was not as glamorous or amazing in real life and the man certainly didn't feel prepared for it. He shook his head multiple times, but also didn't want to waste the opportunity to get something for this adventure. Like a gentleman, he let women ahead, though, and didn't have a lot of time for his own cloth search.

Surprisingly, he had a relatively easy time finding his outfit*. It had slightly futuristic looks and the label read that it is heat, water and cold resistant as well as extra durable. Military style boots should do well for trekking through woods or anything like that. There were nice pockets, inside and out of the jacket that sealed nicely. Mikheil was slightly amused that it looked somewhat X-men inspired, but didn't really mind it. The material of pants and jacket seemed to 'breathe', shirt underneath was perhaps a bit too tight, hugging his torso like second skin, but he'd have to do with that. Man had also managed to snag some underwear.

Now, finding weapon was much harder. He didn't know how to shoot and wasn't great at aiming outside games. His coordination was decent, however, but the size of swords around were rather intimidating and he could clearly imagine chopping one of the camper's head off in his attempts to learn using it. So, the man ended up with rather large military knife.

Looking at others, he realized that they didn't have issues picking really mean weapons and felt even worse. They had swords, bows and Suzanna even got a gun! Although that was probably one of the least practical weapons and in attempt to help her out, he glanced around to find some bullets. And Mikheil he did find some, but didn't think to look for gunpowder. It seemed like most guys had picked very simple outfits, he felt slightly out of place, but the ladies... The clothes ranged from openly daring to kind of futuristic simplicity and even some cute and ranger-themed things. He followed suite of some camp members and grabbed spare items, like armor pieces, for future use.

And, of course, Billy and Anna were chatting away, exchanging items. Damn. Why hadn't he thought of getting a backpack or helping her out. "Well, that's why you're Beta or even Omega, not Alpha male," Mikheil reminded himself, but in the last moment grabbed a bow quiver on his right - maybe Anna would find it useful. Then they had to leave Emporium and group ended up where all this craziness had began. He moved over to Suzanna, giving her the box with bullets and woman smiled at him, thanking, but he noticed she didn't feel comfortable somehow. Maybe she was just stressed. Would be logical.

He stepped back and let the others do the talking. If they would have typical role play game roles he'd not be the talker... Honestly, he'd not be anything. Maybe he could help someone with cooking later on, but otherwise, he ought to be rather useless. Or at least that's how Mikheil himself saw it and as much as he wanted to think that he had finally been granted the chance to become something more, he felt that it just won't happen. There were so many more epic guys around. He couldn't quite match up to them. Besides, there was right now only one person he wanted to impress and someone already had managed to do that. He was just 'guppy' - something silly and cute, but easily devoured by the graceful, smug cat or forgotten when playful dog game in the sights.

OO C: The pants are looser.

She flinched away from Chiasa grabbing her knife back, it wasn't like she was mad about it, the feel of the weapon in her hand gave her a chill. The chill wasn't from fear, it was from excitement. Megumi was afraid of what she could be capable of with a weapon, though she believes that she wouldn't do much. Her gruesome interests and her past of going out and exploring dangerous places has given her a boundary in herself. She prayed to never cross the line to slay anyone or thing, for she wasn't sure if she would be able to predict her next move.

Megumi sighed heavily, the situation didn't seem to be brightening, and with more questions than answers, she was beginning to rethink her options. She was now stuck in a different time period in her country, with no actual era known at the moment. They were chosen out of all the people in the world to save the past from these monsters that the strangers called Titans. Titans? It better not be that Shingeki no Kyojin thing I've been hearing all this time, I'm so tired of it. She thought bitterly.

She took off her glasses and wiped them with her onsie, before putting them back on. The information was a lot to take in, and the poor girl wasn't even sure she was ready for such a big burden. Then again, there was a last group, so it wasn't that much on their shoulders, but still, her realistic mind battled with her optimistic one. On the bright side, her wish for adventure and to go out and do something came true, but not in the way she was expecting.

Questioning herself on why she decided to make that wish out of all the wishes in the world, she stepped through the portal without hesitation. It had occurred to her that she was still in a panda onsie, and her face lit up like a tomato, matching the bright color of the wineberries that still stained her lips and fingers. Shaking her head, the girl dashed to the more normal side of the clothes racked up, and grabbed a t-shirt, a bra, shorts, and shoes and socks (which she put on right away.) With comfortable clothes on, she made a mad dash for the more fancy clothes. With so many options, Megumi had to pick fast. She decided on a nice black dress with gold embellishments that looked cute to her, and got some durable-looking gray leggings to match. She put it on in seconds, and on the sleeve was a tag with its properties, "Magic resistant, bulletproof, and tear resistant under most conditions...." She mumbled to herself as she tore the tag off and put in in the dress's hidden pocket. "How silly, how can a dress have all these attributes? I doubt it would last long...." Despite that, she kept it on, because she couldn't deny that she looked professional in it.

She was about to go to the weapons, but a hooded cloak caught her eye. Pulling it out, she shook it a bit and looked for a tag. It didn't seem to have one at first, but then she found it stuck under one of the belts on the front. She pulled it out from its hiding place, and looked at it, the words were a bit faded for some reason, showing it was a bit old. "Ah, cold resistant and waterproof, how ordinary...."

Pulling the cloak over her head, she picked up the shirt shorts and dashed over to the weapons. Guns, swords, and other weapons beyond her wildest dreams with as far as the eye could see. Her eyes almost twinkled with glee as she looked up and down the rows of blades and machines. Her eyes caught at a stun gun with a belt holder, and picked that up, and then two machetes whose sheaths were combined and formed and X. Megumi only wanted one, but time was of the essence, and she decided to grab it and go. With all her gear, she stepped out of the portal and back into the bland cabin they had found themselves in at the start.

In the cabin she moved over to the side and started to work on her weapons. She pulled on the shorts over her leggings right under her dress and patted it down. Then she pulled off the cloak and reached for the belt that held the stun gun. With t-shirt she had taken before in hand, she tore it into strips, and used one to tie the machetes to the belt and put it on her waist. Then she put the rest of the strips into her dress pocket, We may need bandages at some point.... She thought. Now the handles of the machetes were in reach if she just put her hand back, and with several adjustments, she could soon reach them with ease. It was just time for her to practice unsheathing them as fast as possible.

With her clothing situation solved, she finally looked up to check on everyone else, and saw that many of them had chosen very contrasting outfits. She was not surprised, they were people of different interests after all. Suzanna's question came up and Megumi perked up, wanting an answer as well, but kept quiet as she pulled the cloak back over her small head, letting out a "pah!" as her head poked out of the hole on the top.

"You will not be fighting the titans," Yerik glanced over at Suzanna. "Only Chiasa and I are capable of doing that. You, you're mere, mortal humans. You've no magic. You're not a demi-god like Chiasa. And you're no god of time, like I. You're simply human. These weapons are to protect you from other humans." Yerik could see some brows cock at his comment. "In due time, you'll unlock your ability. Your power will awaken something within and then, only then, will you be able to fight the titans. But you will not be alone. So keep an open mind, okay?"

His attention shifted to Chiasa. "I think now would be the perfect time to get them trained up. Give them a basic rundown of how to use their weapons. While you're doing that, I'll see if I can figure out their element. Depending on how well they do, perhaps I'll drag a special item of theirs into this world. I know a few of you miss your possessions, such as a sketch book or sewing machine. I can't make any promises, but I know each of you really wants something. When you're training with Chiasa, focus on that item and let it be the thing to guide you to success. Really fight for it and, if you succeed, I shall bring it here for you."

More talk about fighting. Artifex sighed, she wasn't looking forward to it. Sure she knew a little basic self defence but it had never really been something that she had taken to easily. If anything, the girl would much rather sit in her corner and sew but with this one little needle, that was going to be a bit difficult. Plus the only sharp thing she had with her to cut fabric with was a knife, which tended to not be the most efficient method.

She didn't even look up as Yerik spoke, that is, until he mentioned the words sewing machine. That sure grabbed her attention and she paused what she was doing for a moment. However Arty quickly realized the problem with that. Sewing machines needed electricity, unless of course they got one from an older era where it was pedal operated. She had always wanted to try one of those...

Even so however, she would also need a proper pair of scissors, several different needles for the machine, a seam ripper-though maybe she could manage without that one... It was a lot to think about and certainly a good motivation. All the same, Artifex was less than confident that it would be enough.

~Just do your best, it's not like this is a life and death situation~ her mind told her, ~oh wait... yeah, it kinda is. You're screwed~

It seemed that Constance wasn't the only one that had taken a particular interest in the teal haired male that barged in on their hiding place. Granted, she was more interested in his oddly colored eyes, and appearance at that, versus how his clothes were made. Clearly though, the male must have been used to such things as he began addressing the group. As he told his story, the red head could feel a bit of excitement well up in her chest; they could go out and fight things, save the world! It was then that the man seemed to fade for a moment, more distort as the camp director appeared before them.

Constance had to take a couple steps back, her eyes widening slightly as she had just seen a man, before her very eyes, shape shift. She stared at him, partly zoning out, but still catching every bit of him saying that they were going on an epic quest, they were to be heroes and have amazing super powers. Granted, most of what she heard was just how her brain interpretted everything, but she was still in awe nonetheless.

When a portal appeared before them, she wanted to touch it, but by the time she reached out to do so, it was gone again. After the male continued speaking once again, he opened another portal to allow the group to change. It was then she looked down and noticed the lack of proper, upper undergarments and clothing beyond a tattered tank top and yoga shorts.

One male, Coops as Constance recalled from the games, made the first move into entering the portal. Within seconds, he poked his head out to give the all clear. She quickly followed along with the others as she too stepped through the portal. It took her eyes a few moment to adjust to the sites before her; clothing and weapons EVERYWHERE.

The second she took in everything, her mind was lost to her own world. "Gonna be a super hero," she chanted to herself as she flipped through various articles of clothing and cloth. "Gotta be a super ninja, I'm a ninja so super awesome," she sang to herself. In the background she heard Yerik talking about how they wouldn't be fighting the Titans, that they were just squishy humans, but the thought didn't dampen her mood, it only encouraged her if anything.

As she was delving through clothing, her eyes landed on a pretty dress, something that looked like it was from the Renaissance Days. "Oh how mother would love if I wore something like this," she said to herself before dramatically throwing the fabric back to where it rested. "But, I am a ninja!" It was at that point she spied the perfect outfit with a couple of weapons laying nearby, one she was very familiar with. As she reached for the outfit, she noticed a tag hanging from it. On it, it read, "the threads of this garment are tightly woven, protecting the wearer from poisonous attacks and stabs; the mask also protects the wearer from breathing in toxic gases'. Nodding for a moment, she then continued down the tag, "the smooth materials of the fabric allow the wearer to move much more silently, making detection more difficult for those that wish the wearer harm'.

She quickly changed into the new outfit, sliding the mask on as well. She was just about to put the cape on when she noticed that it had its own tag as well. 'This cape provides the wearer with invisibility. It is able to blend in to its surroundings while the wearer stands still. Should the wearer be moving, the cape has a difficult time keeping up with the change of surrounding imagery. WARNING: This cape is only meant for camouflage in forest-like areas. It is not able to adapt to other terrain.' "Super secret ninja," Constance sang to herself as she shoved both tags into her pocket and put the cape on as well before sliding her weapons into the leather belt/leg harness that came with all of it.

As soon as she was done, she too left the portal and it appeared that she was one of the last. "Check this out guys," she said speaking in front of everyone, one hand on her hips, the other pointing at where her mouth would be beneath the mask. "I talk, but the mask doesn't move. This makes me," her hand moved down to her other hip as she lifted her chin in a very dramatic and heroic way, "a Super Ninja."

Evelyn watched as one by one people came out of the portal, she herself had grabbed a set of throwing darts, and a dagger incase she had to get up close and personal with someone. Looking down at herself again, she loved the outfit, but it seemed so off from what everyone else had gone for. Feeling silly she fiddled with a strap and noticed a tag. Pulling it off she read it. "This corset causes the wearer to be appealing and innocent to the beholder, lessoning the bad intentions of the beholder. Water proof, and surprisingly stab proof. Smiling at the tag, the multi colored woman felt more confident about her apparel now. Finding a tag on her cape, she pulled that off and read it as well. "Water proof, and gives invisibility for 3 seconds. Cannot use invisibility again for 12 hours after one use." Grinning the woman decided that she always looked out of the ordinary, so she was just going to accept the weirdness and move on.

Admiring everyone's outfits, she really wished she had her sketchbook and pencils. How she would adore to draw everyone in these outfits! Sighing happily, she stepped closer to Lucas and smiled. "You look great." she said lightly, and then looked to Yorik as he began speaking. Surprised, she looked at the others and took in their face reactions to this new adventure. Giggling as Constance called herself a super ninja, the pale woman nodded in agreement. "I would have to agree, you look really super, ninja Constance." Evelyn said brightly and watched as Chiasa moved to get them ready for their weapons. Looking around she then raised her hand meekly. "What if we already know how to use half of our weapons?" she asked curiously, blushing lightly. She hadn't wanted to tell anyone that she was such a good archer, but she didn't want to waste their trainer's time when she already could use the dagger and bow. Having had her anger problems, her parents had enrolled her into martial arts classes, to help her vent her anger. Kenpo, Kendo, Karate, and kickboxing were just a few of the classes she had been in. She was confident that she could hold her own in a scrap, especially if all she had to do was shoot her bow.

"For a guide, you haven't really been very informative and helpful this far. If not weapons, then we sure could do with some supplies, especially if everything here is going to be so dangerous as you say," Suzanna huffed (although not as loud as before), not going to back down just because someone wanted to treat her like a stupid kid. Fine, maybe she was stupid. She sure did feel as such, with everyone accepting this all so casually. Yerik's smug attitude didn't help any, besides he had ignored half of her questions. Still, he amended that slightly by offering to bring back one item from their old life, if they worked hard for it.

What would be the item she wanted the most? She should chose something practical. But out of all her belongings, there was little of anything that could aid them here. It was her notebooks and all drawing equipment she valued dearly, but especially the filled one wouldn't do anything to help. Especially that it would be there, waiting for her, if they did indeed survive this and return home. Unconsciously, she began rubbing her left arm, as always when nervous. Eyes falling to her boots, she pushed aside some hair that fell in her face. Ah, brush would be great, but would it be the one item worth bringing over? Maybe some hygiene items in general? Well, there was still a bit of time to decide. She awaited what Chiasa would tell them to do, looking over to the group that all seemed rather comfortable. Honestly, she envied Constance for her pants, they looked awesome! She'd let her know later, now another person caught her eye.

She moved over to Artifex that was sitting in corner over pile of what seemed nearly random items. "Hey there, it looks like you know what you're doing with these," she said in friendly tone and knelt down, placing her own smaller pile down, beside trousers and spare set of underwear. "Maybe you can find use for these, too?"

Meanwhile, Mikheil had no issues choosing what he wanted. It was his large, new notebook and drawing utensils. He needed someplace to write this all down, to drawn and just doodle in. Otherwise, he'd go a bit mad. His notebook had always been his most trusted item, his diary, his creativity outlet, a silent friend in a way... Yes, he needed it. Even before Chiasa told them what they had to do, he began vigorously picturing these items, to every tiniest detail, even how the pen and pencils felt in his hand.

But he also gave awkward thumbs up to Constance when she cheered about her super ninja look. It did look good. Heck, everyone looked rather good here, most were comfortable with their clothes. He shifted slightly uncomfortably, looking away then and hoping no one would stare at him, trying to give points to his outfit choice in their minds.

"Hm?"Artifex looked over as Suzzanna came down next her. Her cheeks flushed bashfully from the compliment but it was quickly over taken by the interest in the new items that Suzzanna had brought over. Sorting through the things a confident smile touched Arty's lips, "I love making things and with this stuff... wow, do you have any idea the things I can make with this? Too bad I've only got this needle" she sighed a little, "it's going to take a some time to do anything without the proper equipment."

~And you'll probably be dead before you can get any of it~ that voice in her head reminded her.

Artifex glanced towards their 'guides' anxiously, "I'm not sure what they're going to expect from me" she confided in Suzzanna nervously, "I'm no warrior. I make things, destroying them is completely different." her fingers fiddled with the pretty green fabric that she had claimed.

It was a body suit (except dark green), complete with built in fingerless gloves. Completely covering and made of some of the strangest fabric she had ever seen. The tag read 'Bullet proof, cannot be torn and is climate controlled. Will keep the wearer warm in up to -15 degree Celsius weather, and cool in up to 35 degree Celsius weather. Caution: While the material will not cut or tear, the wearer may still be subject to blunt force attacks'

It was harder to stitch than leather, in fact, Artifex had to very carefully inch her needle between the threads in order to get anything through. It lacked pockets so that was the first thing she was working on.

"Let me know if there's anything you want me to make" Artifex offered, "You're lucky I tend to do most of my creations with draping as opposed to using a pattern."

The male stayed in his defensive stance holding a broom in his hands. He wasn’t about to relax these two seemed suspicious. He barely noticed how the others were reacting around him since he was focused on Yerik and Chiasa. Takumi did take step forward when Constance and Arty moved next to the guy and touched him. How foolish he thought. The man started speaking again, but what he was saying seemed too strange to be true. This kind of stuff only happen anime, movies or books right?

“What do...” He fell silent when Yerik raised his hand to stop any questions or comments. The look on the males face wasn’t a happy one. This all really did seem too unreal. There was no way this guy could be telling the truth. Takumi had his doubts and didn’t think that the two strangers were to be trusted. Something in his gut told him different. That he was going to have to set aside his distrust and fear if he wanted to survive.

“I find this all a little hard to believe. How do we really know you can be trusted and are telling us the truth?” The man questioned Yerik as he looked the portal suspiciously with narrowed eyes. It seemed the others didn’t have as much trouble believing what they were told as they disappeared into the portal the pick out clothes and weapons. With a reluctant sigh he entered the portal.

The man was right this place had everything. He went around looking at the clothes trying to find things that would be good for both fighting and survival. Once of the first things he spotted was a naginata with a dragon design on it. He grabbed it. The weight was good. Making sure no one else was nearby he swung it around a bit to get a feel for it and to test its balance. He was amazed by how well balanced the weapon was. This was one item he couldn’t leave this place without.

He looked around more seeing many other weapons. He picked up a dragon dagger that could be well hidden in a boot. The color of the hand and the design made him think of water. Cool and calm, but also had the possibility to be deadly. He also found strap on daggers that could be hidden under gauntlets. Near them was a pair of metal dragon scale gauntlets with a tag that said they deflected fire and lightening magic. Perfect he thought to himself taking them as well as the daggers and matching pair of dragon scale shin guards. Time was ticking and he had yet to find other clothes. Wandering further he found some nice light clothes that would be good. Takumi was a little surprised to find a form-fitting navy body suit that was made of a very breathable and strong fabric. The tag on it said that its durability was similar to that of chainmail. It would work well under the other clothes he had collected. With only a couple minutes left he scrambled around find a pair of boots, belt and backpack.

Takumi jumped back through the portal with only a few seconds to spare. He adjusted his outfit happy with the way the clothes felt and fit him. Using the backpack he packed away the few pieces of extra clothes that he had. Looking around everyone looked so different. The male adjusted the muffler around his neck. “Power within, hmm? So eventually we will end up fighting these Titans as well. Assuming you aren’t lying to us.” His tone was a bit harsh as he spoke. Right now he still couldn’t bring himself to believe all of this.

**Takumi’s outfit mostly looks like this with a few changes. The wraps are replaced with the gauntlets, boots and shin guards, the blue undershirt with the blue formfitting body suit (looks like the blue shirt), and the belt with this one with a pouch found here. The weapons he chose and backpack are also in the picture.**

Hands on her hips Chiasa watched everyone’s reactions as Yerik spoke. They had a...heartened bunch this time. Maybe, just maybe they would succeed. Glancing at her partner she gave him a nod, a wicked grin spreading across her face for a brief moment. Schooling her features she looked at her new victims.

One of the girls [Constance] called out that she was a super ninja. She had to snort at that. Her? A super ninja? Clothing did not make a ninja, extreme and grueling training did. Then the bucket thrower spoke up and Chiasa’s eyes narrowed as she looked at her. “I will just make you better at it. It doesn’t pay to be good with them. It pays to be the best.” Inwardly she groaned. Her patience was seriously going to be tried, again. She hated having to teach the new humans. Well actually she did have fun kicking the ever loving crap out of them. Yes, that part was definitely fun.

One of the boys spoke up next, basically calling them liars. “Eventually is such a changing word. I doubt that you are going to fight the Titans because I doubt that any of you have what it takes to awaken that power. But who knows, you could surprise us all.” The last part was said was heavy sarcasm.

She stared them all down and then her mouth opened. “Outside, now.” It was barked loudly and not nicely. Spinning around gracefully she walked out of the cabin and into the clearing, away from the forest. The warrior began to stretch as she waited for them to comply. Bending her body completely in half she wrapped her arms around her legs. She was a contortionist and the position was just as comfortable as standing up straight was.

As she straightened up from the position she glanced at her “students” and studied them before picking one out. “You,” she said and pointed her finger at Coops. “Come forward.” Then she directed her next words to the group. “When I point at you, you will come forward and state your name. Then prepare yourself for an attack. You will never know when I strike. Oh and don’t be afraid of hurting me, I want you to try and hurt me.” A wicked look flashed across her face for only a second.

Coops turned, to face a momentous array of items "hey Neo eat your heart out!" As others piled in through past him, he then found himself wandering, and quickly grabbed some comfortable looking combat trousers and long sleeved jersey style top, both the same deep dark reddish Burgundy. 'Nomex' read the label, Coops knew that it was a fire resistant material, probably some type of work or firefighter clothing. He rushedly found some type of military style Bergen and webbing, an olive drab not camouflage, amongst a pile of odd sorts of camping and climbing, he couldn't tell what military or age it was from, a label just read 'military spec Bergen'. He threw the webbing and clothes inside the Bergen and threw it over his left arm and shoulder, the padding still felt soft, it had been worn before with some mud still caked on parts, but still in good condition. As he quickly walked, his eyes darting here and there, catching sight occasionally of the others.

he tried not to get to far from where he came in, he could imagine easily getting lost or spending hours looking through all the equipment, there must be some fantastic stuff here, some seemed ancient, or medieval or some simply unknown to Coops. Others strange, with strange shimmering helmets, or a shield that seemed to actually vibrate and hum. He was sure some objects were from some kind of future, artefacts he didn't even dare pick up, he recognised some smoke grenades in a crate beneath some heavy chain mail, he kicked open the crate and carefully slipped several into his bag, checking them over they were intact with safety pins untampered, not old like several of the firearms he had seen. He hadn't yet found a rifle or pistol that he recognised and knew he could use, he had seen some fantastic looking blades, swords and god knows what else, but he didn't have a clue how to best use something like that apart from a few fencing lessons he had had, but didn't think anyone would be using fencing foils here. Time was getting short he was sure, some people had already made their way back past him. That's when he saw it, behind a screen, a set of armour, it looked just like the armour he had seen in movies and T.V about Samurai, very fitting, considering their location he thought to himself, but this was not ancient, it had luminous lines shining softly over it. The note left upon it read 'Graphene armour extremely impervious to edged weapons' he put his Bergen straps on both shoulders so he could lift the surprisingly light armour in both hands, and made a dash back to the portal. He was just behind Constance as they stepped through, and suddenly heard a clattering as pieces of metal and odds and sods flew past him from behind across the floor, he looked to see Arty drop almost everything across the floor, just before the portal closed.

Coops began to examine the armour, trying on the gauntlet style gloves, so light, but seemed very hard, he tapped his left hand against his teeth, it seemed to feel ceramic, and extremely hard. Then he went to look over the Bergen, inside the Bergen and webbing apart from the clothes and five smoke grenades he had put in, there was a flask filled with old stale water, Coops poured it out through the cracks in the floor. A batted cooking mess tin. Half a box of non safety matches and only half of them covered in wax. Pretty pitiful, but better than nothing he guessed. He listened to the criticisms of Suzanna and questions of others. 'Well they have a point he guessed, hadn't other groups that had come before them ended up in bad conditions?' How many groups had come before he pondered?

That's when Chiasa shouted abruptly for everyone to get outside, the group shuffled out, Coops leaving his newly acquired objects in a pile, but still flexing his hands inside the gloves. Once outside he found a place amongst the group as they lined up in front of Chiasa, just as she performed an amazing stretch. Coops found himself rather forgetting they had been transported back in time, and was surrounded by possible deadly entities. His mouth was suddenly quite dry and took a large gulp. He had just decided how much he liked women with braided hair and golden eyes!

That's why when she called out to the group and pointed at Coops, he was so distracted it didn't register at first and took him a second.
He took several steps forward towards Chiasa, he knew this drill from other martial art groups, 'step forward state your name, so everyone knows who the instructor is about to humiliate...' Well that's the usual order of events, except last time Coops attended a martial arts group he broke the instructors nose, he unsurprisingly was banned from Judo after that.
"Hurt you? But we haven't even kissed yet" he chirped smiling "Aiden Cooper" he stated loud and clearly, still taking slow steps forward Or "Coops if you like" he turned back to the closest girl Megumi and gave her a smile and wink. As he turned back towards Chiasa almost in a blur he pulled out one of his Tonfa sticks tucked into his belt, clasping it in his right hand he turned his head a split second before his body pirouetted to follow, swinging the weapon towards her pretty head. He almost hoped it wouldn't make contact! He didn't think blue bruises and red would go with her startling eyes.

Yerik was beginning to grow tired of this group of campers. They were all to proud and mighty to listen to him. If that was really the case, he and Chiasa could walk away and let these fools suffer. As he pondered just what he wanted to do, Chiasa commanded her troops outside. The first battle started and Yerik only sighed. They were a reckless bunch. He shouldn't have brought them here.

"Perhaps I should just let you all die," he growled. "It's quite clear you're not willing to accept help from a stranger who has saved your life twice already."

It was at that note that Billy stepped forward. It was time to do some damage control. Sure, he didn't like the idea of trusting these guys. No, he didn't get any of it, especially the magical portals. But was there really any point in making an enemy? Was it worth pissing this guy off? No, none of it was worth it.

Gritting his teeth, he took one for the team. "I apologize for not fully comprehending what it is you intend for us to do. I've been out of sorts since yesterday's breakfast. I assume that was your doing so you could safely teleport us to this time. Thank you for taking that precaution, as I'm sure time travel is no easy feat." He looked over at Yerik and extended a hand. "Regardless, thank you for choosing us for whatever quest you have in store. Even though we're all uncertain, give us a chance before you write us off. We're scared, afraid, and not used to having to adapt to such primal ways of living." Looking at Yerik, Billy wasn't sure how the pink haired man would receive his words. He was clueless when it came to reading people. If only he had some help. And sure enough, he did. It came in the form of a blond haired huntress.

"We're all just a bit groggy and sore. Although a tad embarrassed. We were in our jammies. Not quite fit for battle. At least now we've got some supplies. Though I do wonder how we're to stay healthy. We've no supplies from our era." A blush crossed her cheeks. "I mean let's be real, I don't want to put a leaf in my underwear to trap... yeah." Anna played with her earlobe, it was just one of her nervous habits. Lips sliding into a side fierce yet confused face, she flashed Yerik a grin. "Not to mention, some of us take pills to help control such things. Will we be able to stay on said medicines?"

"Are any of you women menstruating right now?" Yerik's question was a tad too direction, but he was going to mean while by it. "Do recall that your bodies are still, technically, asleep. You'll have no need to take medicine. Technically, you wouldn't need to eat, but the whole mentality of that will be too taxing on your brain so I will encourage eating. Pills, though, aren't necessary. Unless you are currently menstruating, you won't need hygiene products. And, should any of you find you have sexual urges, you won't need protection either. In a sense, everything that is happening here is happening in your mind. Yes, it'll feel real, but it won't actually hurt you. The only thing that can hurt you is dying, which will leave your brain traumatized."

"No, I'm safe. Thank god," Anna threw into the mix before Billy started talking again.

"Wait, so you're saying if we get cut, we don't feel pain?"

"No, you will feel pain. Any damage taken here will hurt you. It'll trigger a mental response that will impact your physical body. However, since you're not actually here, it really is a dream, in a sense, you cannot really die. You can't get pregnant. You can't starve. You can't grow older. You're trapped in time. Like I said earlier, a year in here is only a few hours over there. Since it's nighttime there, you'll have about 7-hours, your time, to succeed. This is over one year over here."

"Interesting. So we're pretty much moving in slow motion. And we're just images of our imagination. So, let's say I punch Mikheil, will he feel it in his mind?"

Yerik smirked. He liked how Billy was asking questions and looking for answer. "Yes. Your minds are all connected. They are synced up because of me. I'm a master of time, a god, and I can pool together minds and memories, at will. All of you will remember these events. Granted, if things happen in private, say Coops and Super Ninja Girl hook up and they do so in secret, only they will know it. You can only know what you actually witnessed."

"Makes sense." Billy nodded his head in agreement with what Yerik had to say. "About eating, you said we don't have to do that."

"You don't. But I recommend doing it. Your mind is under a lot of strain right now. The food you eat in here will help nourish your mind."

Billy looked up at the sky while mulling over some information. "Then not taking damage will also help our body. If we avoid getting hurt in here, we'll prevent any mental aliments over there. How does hygiene fall into all of this? Much like the others, where if we do it, it'll only help us?"

"For once, someone gets what I'm saying!" A large grin spread on Yerik's face. "I believe you're the lawyer, aren't you?"

"You make that sound like it's a bad thing," Billy rolled off his tongue in a sly, teasing manner.

Yerik only laughed before returning his attention to the group. "Just ask questions rather than accusing me and you'll learn what you want. I've never been a fan of being yelled at or blamed. Logic always trumps sinful desires."

His quirp made her smile for a second. He was quite cute. Shaking her head Chiasa watched him walked forward even more. So Coops was his name? She watched him turn to one of the girls, giving them a wink. Her body was relaxed, like she wouldn’t be ready for anything he had planed. But of course she was ready.

He swung out with a Tonfa stick, aiming at her head. Her body bent backwards in half, hands touching the ground she pushed off in a backspring. Chiasa landed in a crouch a few feet away from him and she studied her opponent. She had to admit that she was slightly impressed. Most of the student’s didn’t try to attack first, they were to scared. This one had guts and she liked guts.

But playtime was over. Straightening up from her crouch she grinned at Coops and suddenly disappeared before reappearing right behind him. She had sped herself up to come up behind him. No one would have been able to see her and it only took her three seconds to reappear. Her fist struck out, landing a solid punch to his kidney. Of course she pulled the punch. It no doubt was going to hurt but she didn’t want to maim the man yet. She followed up by sweeping his legs out from underneath him and then flipped over his body.

Chiasa walked a few steps away before turning around and waiting. What would he do next?

They were moving outside, at command of the scary looking woman. Artifex sighed and got to her feet, a knot twisting in her stomach, she left most of her new things behind except for the body suit. Ducking into the closet for a moment she switched into it, she had a bad feeling she was going to need the added protection sooner than later, though she had only managed to add one pocket for now.

Following the rest of them outside, Artifex kept to the back of the group, the last thing she wanted was to get called out. Chiasa was looking over the group and Artifex had the distinct feeling that she was looking for a 'volunteer' so she ducked behind one of the taller in the group. Her hiding options weren't exactly numerous but there were a few people taller than her, Coop for one. However ducking behind him didn't save her for long because as it turned out, he was the one Chiasa called on, leaving Artifex to find a new hiding place.

It also became quickly apparent that she had been completely blind sighted by the pretty fabrics when they were supposed to be collecting things to help them. All of the things she had grabbed were articles of clothing aside from the sewing needle and a simple dagger, all with the intention of making things as opposed to destroying them. Looking at the dagger Artifex felt that knot in her stomach grow. Was this her weapon now? Her device to fight and kill with?

~I can work with that~

The thought was quick and fleeting but still sent a shiver down her spine. "I'm not a murderer" she mumbled, more to herself than anyone.

Yerik, was much less intimidating, so Arty turned her attention towards him. Billy had some good questions, ones that ended up prompting her own so she raised her hand just a little to get Yerik's attention, "So... um... If this is all in our heads... does that mean we can, I dunno, manipulate things?" perhaps she had seen too many fantasy shows, but anytime people seemed to get stuck in their own heads, or in a dream world, they were able to create and alter things just by willing it.

"Also..." she had to fight to keep her voice strong enough for him to hear, "If we... we killed someone here. Does that mean that they aren't really dead either?"

As he swung, he braced for an impact, one that never came as the stick flew through empty space, and carried on almost leaving him unbalanced. By the time he got a good stance Chiasa had already landed in a crouch 'yep he decided, he liked the fiesty ones'
As she stood up she smiled at him, he raised his arms in a defensive position, before returning the smile. His smile soon vanished along with Chiasa. He had just enough time to peer forward to see if he could see any crumpled grass if she had turned invisible or something crazy, that was before the pain struck him in his small of his back, and he felt the world lift away from him, and hit the ground hard. He felt the taste of blood in his mouth 'dammit he thought'

He pushed himself off the ground with his knuckles, and stood to face Chiasa, spitting a small amount of blood out of his mouth, he gave a grimaced smile "oh no, don't go easy on me, or anything, just because your some kind of Demi-God" he said sarcastically, not knowing she had actually pulled her blow, he rubbed his side hard. And with that he dropped his sticks one by one, and then removed one glove
"I like getting hands on" and went to throw the other glove on the floor but instead last minute spun it towards Chiasa, and launched himself towards her himself, aiming for a tackle

Ah, another person who is respectful and not labeling me. Yerik turned a friendly face toward Arty. "Sadly, no. We are in the past. What you do here will not alter the timeline, well it shouldn't. If you fail, I'll have to bring in new people and see if they can win. So long as we never truly lose, history will remain in-tact. Now, if history was changed, everything would change. That is bad."

Yerik tapped his finger on his chin. There had to be a better way to explain that. Turning to Billy, the lawyer, he hoped the smarty pants could help him out.

"Uhh," Billy was grasping at straws now, "so we're unable to alter the lay of the land because we're not actually here and we have no impact on the past. Unless we fail. If we fail, we could alter the past. Altering the past means altering the present. Meaning, we could no longer exist."

"Yeah, exactly. You cannot manipulate things here. Not even I can do that. I can slow time or speed it up, but that's about it. As far as killing things go, if you kill them, they are dead-dead."

At that comment, Billy shook his head and stared at Yerik as if he had ten heads. "How is that possible when everything else is based on our mental abilities?"

"I took your soul from your body. I traveled it back in time to feudal Japan. We really are writing history. To prevent changes, we need to rid the timeline of titans." Yerik frowned. "Someone found magic. Someone did something they shouldn't have. In the far future, someone decides to go back in time to meet Zeus. Doing that messed things up and caused titans to appear. I don't know the details, but the heavens asked me to draft up soldiers to help fight the titans. I know it sounds like something out of a fantasy show, but that's what happened."

He was holding back something. Billy could sense it. "What aren't you telling us?"

Scoffing, Yerik turned away insulted. "Tch, why should I tell you!" Acting childish, he crossed his arms over his chest.

Billy, turning to Arty, shrugged his shoulders. He wasn't sure how to approach the subject without rubbing the guy the wrong way.

She raised a brow at Coops and gave him a wink. So he didn’t know that she pulled her punch. If he thought that hurt..well he wouldn’t be moving for the next few hours. Chiasa crossed her arms, watching him like a hawk would watch it’s prey.

Reading his minute movements her hand snapped up and caught the glove flying at her face. She knew the tackle was coming and had more than enough time to get out of the way but she let him tackle her. Rolling with the hit she made sure he landed on the bottom, with her on top of him. She struck a blow to his stomach, again pulling the punch. “I like getting hands on also,” she purred to him. “Makes my body..tingle.”

Laughing she rolled to the side, popping up onto her feet. “You need work but you have a good foundation and you have guts. I like guts.” Sticking her hand out she helped him to her feet. Then she turned and walked back towards the group. “Now who’s next...you,” she said and pointed to a girl standing next to Yerik [Arty], then one who had tried to hide behind Coops earlier. Yes, she hadn’t missed that.

“Come here,” she said with a touch of softness to her voice. But it was only a touch. She could tell this one would be difficult to teach and that she would probably try her patience. "I want you to attack me. I will only block, I will not attack back for now. Use the knife in your hand. Use anything you can think of. You won't harm me so go all out. I need to see what I have to work with."

"Oh..." Artifex almost seemed disappointed, the thought of being able to control things like in a lucid dream really appealed to her creativity. All the same, it was good to know exactly what they were dealing with here. Rubbing the back of her neck as she processed this information she gave a nod to Yerik, "Thanks." she spoke gratefully, he did seem to be trying to help them and she could imagine just how annoying it must be to answer so many questions and deal with so many people. By the sounds of it they weren't the first after all, just how many times had they gone through this? That thought actually did not sit well with her.

"S-so... what happened to-" she stopped suddenly as she realized Chiasa was pointing at her. The colour drained from Arty's face as she saw Coops on the ground-and now the woman was looking at her as the next victim.

~It's shame that new outfit doesn't help against bludgeoning attacks~
the voice chirped in her head, ~In fact, it'll pretty much protect you from anything except those fists of deadly fury~

She swallowed hard, somehow finding the courage to at least step forward though she stayed a good distance away from Chiasa still. "Look... I mean no disrespect but... I think you might have made a mistake in my case. I don't know the first thing about fighting anybody, titan or otherwise. I pretty much lucked out with the fact that most people just won't mess with a girl my size." she looked a the knife in her hand, "I don't even know if I'm holding this right?" it was half a question as much as a statement.
