Hello, and welcome to my thread!
This event, I am determined to earn a baby Yan of my own to love and hug and cuddle. I promise to love him and treat him like the little king he is. <3333

This post will track the work I did on my 3D Baby Yan. He was so fun to make! 8D

So I began with sewing materials: velvet cloth, scissors, thread, a needle, cotton, and straight pins to keep the fabric together.


I cut out circles in the fabric, sewed most of the circles together, turned them right-side out, and stuffed them with cotton to make his head.


Next, I made the body and sewed it to the head. At this point, baby Yan kind of looked like a mushroom, but I did my best to fix it. I'm not the best seamstress in the world... sorry Yan. D:


The arms and legs were the hardest because they were almost impossible to turn right-side out after sewing the majority of the pieces together, but I managed somehow.


Finally, baby Yan was done! I strung an orange string through the top to make him into an ornament and set him next to a ruler to make sure he complied with the size requirements.

And finally, the moment you've been waiting for: my 3D Yan! Shower love on him - he's a newborn baby and would love the attention! <3

The only reason baby Yan is taking so long is because I can't seem to locate my fabric, so I might have to go buy more. XD;;

I'm making a stuffed Yan with soft, velvet fabric and cotton stuffing. <3

It's just too bad that our tree was already taken down, so I couldn't hang him on it. .__.
