I'm also not fond of all the random things, like the little moustache, and the silver on the boots (whereas your belt buckle is gold) and the goggles. Of course, if you're cosplaying as some sort of mad scientist, it would be fine.

Abomination my dear; it is time to be giving you a rating!

First off I would like to state that I absolutely love your colour combination. You have layer your items gorgeously, and I don't like like your avi if cluttered what so ever. There is great harmony and balance that is consistent throughout the entirety of the avi and as such I simply adore it. Also, I rarely see that hair stile being used, and although I myself am not a fan of it, I think you used it marvelously here.

The only think I think you could possibly add would be a set of gloves, or even if you could just get a bracelet of sorts. Your hand just throw me a bit because you have fantastic layering everywhere else and they just look a tad plain comparatively. Either way, even with the "gloves off", your avi is still gorgeous.

Well chronic, I suppose I shall give you a rating my dear.

I do very much like your colour combination. Gold, Light Blue, Light Green and white? Makes for a very appealing colour combination all together. I like how simple the avi is on the outside, but if you look closely you will see you have some pretty intense laying on your bottom half and very soft on your head layer. I also love the layering on your arms.

Overall I am going to give you a 9/10 my dear (:

Honestly, I wouldn't have thought that the colors you used looked well together, but you made it work by fully committing to it and not just matching by color, but by theme. The theme stays the same throughout the outfit, even with the big ruffle on your neck. /bows

By colour matching and scheme alone I'd give 10/10

but the avatar is a bit cluttered, I'm not fond of the skirt, and I see those goggles far too often

so 7/10 for now

I actually really like this avatar of yours, and the eyes pop nicely.
The only thing I have an issue with is- you guessed it -the duck. xD It doesn't fit in at all, theme wise or colour wise.

I love the theme and feel. It's very wonderful and exotic, and the colors blend very nicely.
My only problem is the pine tree looks a bit out of place.

I'm going to break away from ACer ways for a moment and rate you not on layers or color balance, but theme.

your colour combination is very different. and i really like the flow of the outfit. but i think you need some of that green on your hands... the floral gloves with the white trim... those should work beautifully. and maybe some white on your head... like the ayumi hat or something like that. its a cute little outfit and the colour combination is very unique. i dont necessarily like it, but i can appreciate the uniqueness since thats something i strive for as well.

I really like what you have a lot! That dress paired with that color of nero's robe is absolutely stunning! And I love the gold with it. But it's kind of random. I like the background but I don't think the floor works..or the silver hair pin. But over all I like it!
