I got the chance to chat with him, just briefly though. A bunch of NPC's were on at the same time. Like Mr.Mayor, Vicky, and Lise - who was picking on Nalin, poor thing.
Shortly after Cecilia and Yumeh also appeared, and Channah.

Oh wow...so many on at the same time. XDD
Especially at the same place? haahha.

I hate going where the NPC's are, unless I'm there before them.

I was there before they got, chatting with just two or three people; then more and more NPC showed up; so did more and more people gathered in the same place xD
