Good morning Gramma ^-^
I'm used to this time difference, looking at my clock to notice it's 5.17pm for me xD

-Passes the plate on to you.-
I bought a herb tea, called sleepy time. I hope it'll help me get more sleep.

I've heard of Sleepy Time. I don't believe I have ever tried it. I hope it works for you, dear. My mother drank tea also, but for sleep she always said that a simple cup of hot water worked wonders. She said it wasn't what you drank, but the fact that you were sipping on something warm to relax you.

I believe that I'll stay with my tea. I need a bit more flavor than just warm water!

Hi, Granny! :3
I've seen you around the boards and I just can't help the fact that every time you talk, I see a little angel speaking. It's so sweet! Teehee.

I think it's great that you're trying out this website.

I'll be right back though.
I'm going to take a shower. I'm cold D:
I had to work in a place with no heating or warm water since it was broken T-T

-Cuddles.- I'll be back in a bit Gramma.

Sleepytime's a favorite of mine, especially when I'm sick.

Sleepy time is a favorite of mine after a nine-hour day in college. Thursdays are definitely interesting.

I've actually been sleepy this whole week, because I'd gotten used to waking up at 7 instead of 5 a.m. ^^;

Oh my, I'm so glad that my days of rising at 5 am are over! When I worked, I had to get up at least that early in order to miss the traffic. I've become quite used to lazing in bed until 9.

I've heard it said that older people have trouble sleeping. Well, my trouble is -falling- asleep. Once I'm asleep, I can sleep for hours!

Thank you so much for your kind words Fuzzy. Although I would hope that I'm not too close to the angels quite yet! ~laughs~

Now, may I pour anybody another cup of tea?

Traffic is evil! Now there is something on the wrong end of the spectrum of demons and angels. I have to get up at 5 because I commute to college. I can't afford to actually live over there, but I really want to go to that college. I suppose it's a trade-off of sorts.

My mother has no trouble sleeping, but she's relatively young. She's 36 and I'm 18. She had me 3 days short of turning 18 herself. She lived in a small town in Mexico (and I mean TINY) and she didn't really have the same opportunities I've had, so there wasn't really anything for her to do other than get married and have children. So hopefully I make her proud~

Ah, tea sounds so good right now

Any time, Granny. Heehee; no worries -- an angelic woman such as yourself will always live life to the fullest.

I'd like some more tea, please~
I tried a wonderful flavor yesterday. It was called "Georgia Ginger Peach".
It was really delicious!!!
Oooh, do you have any scones? :3

PlatinumChild (may I call you something shorter? PChild perhaps, or whatever you would prefer?)

I'm sorry, but I had to laugh when I read that you said your mother was "relatively young" at 36. That's -quite- young.

She was indeed very young when you were born, but now she must feel closer to a sister than a mother? I'm sure she's very proud of you, dear!

What courses are you taking in college?

Here's your tea, Fuzzy dear; and another cup for you PChild.

Haha, I'll make a list of nicknames for you to choose from. All of them are by other users on this site, and some of them make me giggle~
PC, Platty/Platti,Platinum, NumNum, Purple, Plum, Plat, and others I don't remember.

I'm always told my mother is young, but when I was a kid, I never actually thought about it XD

As for courses:
Life Drawing on Monday for six hours
Form and Space for three hours, then Honors Modern Art History for three hours on Tuesday
Honors Introduction to Modern and Contemporary Literature for three hours on Wednesday
Principles of Design for six hours and Motion Graphics for three on Thursday
Drawing and Composition for three hours on Friday.

I got three new teachers this semester, all wonderful so far.
For my Literature class, our teacher was away on a trip the first semester, and came back this semester. He's very cool. And the fact that it is a literature class makes me want to bounce in my seat. Besides art, the thing I love most are books~

The teacher for my Graphics class is also very nice, and extremely funny. The introduction period of the class was full of laughter, despite the fact that I'd been in class six hours before the class even started.

My Drawing and Composition teacher was also away, but came back. He had some really interesting quotes to share with us that really resonated with me. When I get my handout back on Friday, I'll see if I can post them in my blog.

So far, the start of the semester has been great. I'm still battling my procrastination, but hopefully I'll be better about it than last semester. Procrastinating with projects is not exactly the smartest thing to do ~

Fuzzy, I think I would like a Peach-type tea, but I'm not certain about the ginger? Does that make it spicy like the Constant Comment tea?

Here are some orange scones, dear. Fresh out of the oven.

Welcome back Mimi. I've heard of the Sleepy Time, but haven't tried it. Perhaps Heiyuu could let us know?

Actually, no. The tea is very nice and tastes like sweet peaches.
In fact you don't taste ginger at all, rather you get the scent of those underlying flavors.
I believe it's the best tea when eaten with baked goods. :3

I would think you can buy it at just about any health food store.

Dear me, Mimi ~kisses her forhead~. There, all better?

PlatinumChild: I believe I'll call you Plum. It's such a pretty name (and I believe that you state that you are the purple one?).

I persume from your courses that you are an artist? Or possibly going into architecture?

Fuzzy, I will have to try that tea. What's the brand name?

Plum, it sounds like a lot of fun to be working on computer games. I've seen some of the graphics on those (when my nephews are playing), and they are quite fantastic!
