Tegan, Thank you. it depends on your tolerance to pain, and where you get it. Mine hurt because of it's location. The shoulder blades weren't that bad for me, but the spine was horrible. Because of all the nerve endings and stuff like at certain points I could feel the pain and stuff in my arm. Shading was horrible on the cross because there was so much since it's alot darker in some places if felt like my skin was burning. But I have a high pain tolerance.

Kinky, my friend got the Joker tattooed on his arm and it took that long he said that after the 2nd hour it goes numb for a while then it hurts after the 3rd

Nao, Mine hurt pretty much the entire time. For me the outline felt better then the shading and with most people it's the opposite.
