I haven't been to the gym in such a long time....

I used to like the tired. You feel good, you take a nice relaxing shower. Nowadays it's hard for me to stay on a workout schedule since I have a toddler. I can usually fit in a really good workout during nap time, but then I don't have time for a relaxing shower. If I get one it's just a super quick rinse off. Then I'm tired and still have to chase her around until bed time. Lol

Its okay. It wasn't too bad, just got the bottom layer of boxes. I will probably head down there in the next couple of minutes and start working on them.

But at least you went back. That is an important and very big step. So I am proud of you.

I hurt myself just going from sitting for two years to walking 9 miles in a day... body didn't like that. So rested, healed, and now am walking at a more moderate pace. But the big thing is I started again.

So that you have started again is something that makes me happy for you.

Oh darling, sounds like your life is still pretty hectic. How old is your toddler? Please don't say 2... then I would want to get you on a vacation quickly for a few days to help you destress.

Yeah, you really need to get on that right away. Past experience... if you don't then they mold fast and it is a horrible mess and everything gets thrown away no matter how precious it might have been before.

Well I can't say sports fan. Ice hockey fan. Huge, started my love of ice hockey in high school. Though I don't know like all the details and such I do enjoy watching.
