~Story~

Long ago in the kingdom of Equestria a curse was laid upon a group of friends from various non pony species by an evil witch who feared their gathering power. She trapped them in the bodies of ponies, cursing them to be reborn again and again without cutie mark as they would never be truly ponies or regain their powers or their memories so they would live eternally alone and ostracized. Time passed and many cycles of rebirth ensued. Still all of this would likely have passed without the world ever knowing if a single warlock unicorn had not had his advances spurned by the lovely queen Celestia. He had long ago found out about this curse, being descended from the witch line, and decided he would use them and their broken hearts to capture the powerful Elements of Destruction to destroy the land of Equestria and it's queen.

So he gathered the friends and using them activated the Elements of Destruction to transform them into powerful Alicorns that could throw the planet itself into choas. The soul who had been deceived, the soul that had been betrayed, the soul that had been treated with selfishness by those it loved, the soul who had felt overwhelmed by sorrow, the soul whom had suffered an act of great cruelty, and the soul who had felt truly empty would gain the powers of each element. The release of this dark power has frozen Queen Celestia and a now grown Queen Luna in strange crystal prisons and all seems lost. However, one soul had secretly had a twin who was born eternally with it and when he transformed her twin she would take her true form... that of a sphinx. The girl now gathers like minded hearts to try and find the elements of harmony, which have been long lost across the land, so she can save the six tainted Alicorns and equestria before one destroys the other!

~The three sides to decide the Future!~

~The Seekers of Harmony~

These are those who believe in the sphinx as well as her message that the tainted Alicorns are being manipulated and abused. They desire to find the elements of harmony without killing anyone and save the lost souls. They quest across the land, each holding a pure soul that holds one of the elements of harmony in its heart.

~The Guardians of Equestria~

These are the neutral souls who do not care about the lost souls legend or the tainted Alicorns. They have been hardened by the choas and seek to simply destroy the elements of destruction and kill the Alicorns as well as the warlock. They don't care about the Alicorns or some even believe the legend of the souls false and that the Alicorns choose the side of evil. All they care about is saving the ponies and land they know, believing the elements of harmony lost and destruction the only way to save Equestria.

~The Warlock and His Lost Souls~

The warlock is pure selfishness and evil embodied. He uses powerful mind control spells as well as physical pain to keep the six Lost Souls trapped in their states of pain and rage. This and the elements have driven the lost souls to the point of insanity. They do not believe themselves evil for the most part, well those sane enough to care, but rather messengers of justice getting their righteous vengeance on the ponies who spurned them and treated them so wrongly. They are fury in it's full and uncontrolled form.

*Note, just because the elements are connected like this does not mean the characters have to be in anyway. i.e. Honesty's wielder does not have to even have known the Deception Alicorn/Lost Soul. Also the person playing one does NOT have to play the opposing element.

~Allowed Species~

*note, Pm me with any species you have an idea for or one from the show that I missed! If I approve it, it will go here. Also there are no limits to how many of anything there are, i'm simply putting up the numbers so everybody knows how well things are balanced and can choose what they want to be based on that XD.

Earth Pony - Your standard pony, it brought knowledge of farming and care for the earth to Equestria. (current count: 1 )

Unicorn – Another Pony species, it brought magic to Equestria and it's horn allows it to cast magic spells and do a weak form of telekinesis to act like human hands. (current count: 2 )

Pegasus – Another Pony Species, it brought the weather patterns to Equestria and it's wings allow it to fly as well as control various aspects of weather. (current count: 0 )

SeaMerpony - Merpony are an underwater species that appear to be a race of pony but actually come from a chameleon type, hyper intelligent and magical fish that was dying out long ago. They slowly evolved this way in order to save their race for reasons long lost to history. They have the front of a pony but the back half of a fish. They come in three different varieties just as land ponies do and live in an underwater kingdom called Atlantia. For the most part they ignore the land and have kept themselves hidden. They all have the ability to take take a land form, depending on what they are, though it requires wearing a shell in their hair that they have plucked from the ocean floor to keep them tied to it's magic. If they lose their shell they will return to Merpony form until they can find the shell. The SeaMerpony is the sea equivalent of Earth Pony tend the kelp gardens that SeaMerpony eat and help keep everyone healthy. On land they become earth pony. (current count: 0 )

UniMerpony - UniMerpony are an underwater species that appear to be a race of pony but actually come from a chameleon type, hyper intelligent and magical fish that was dying out long ago. They slowly evolved this way in order to save their race for reasons long lost to history.. They have the front of a unicorn but the back of a fish. They are the most magical of Merpony and take the form of unicorns on land. They can preform magic similar to a Unicorn using the power of their horn and are the ones who keep Atlantia hidden in secrecy. There are few spells they can not preform. (current count: 1 )

PegiMerpony - PegiMerpony are an underwater species that appear to be a race of pony but actually come from a chameleon type, hyper intelligent and magical fish that was dying out long ago. They slowly evolved this way in order to save their race for reasons long lost to history. They have the front of a pony, the back of a fish, and large fins that vaguely resemble wings. They take the form of a Pegasus on land. They are the ones in charge of keeping the ocean bottom clean using the power of sea storm and water bending magic. They can cause under water storms and gets of water with a splash of their fins. They retain a weakened form of their abilities on land, able to create mini sea tornado with a splash of water and bend the water around them to their will. They also gain the ability to fly and control rain if it happens to be raining and are strengthened by rain. (current count: 1 )

Sphinx – These are one of the non pony sentient species of Equestria. It has the body of a lion with a long tuft of hair at the tip of it's tail as well as feathered wings and the head of a pony. Some are gifted with the horn of a unicorn and can cast spells, some are not and can not. They are very rare and live in a desert land rarely visited by Equestrians. They tend to be a secretive lot but are known to live hundreds of years. (current count: 2 )

Griffon – These are one of the non pony sentient species of Equestria. They have the front half of an eagle and the back half of a lion. Their sharp talons are deadly and their powerful wings allow them to keep up with even the fastest of Pegasus, in fact it is common for them to attend flight school together. They seem to have close relations with the ponies of Equestria. (current count: 0 )

Hippogriff - These are one of the non pony sentient species of Equestria, though they are believed to have originally come from the normally impossible union of a griffn and a pony. They appear to have many of the abilities of a pegasus pony as well as the mane, tail, and body of one but clearly the head and wings of a griffin which supports this legend. They're feet are a combination of hoof and talon but match on all four feet. They are generally faster then most griffins when running and as fast as a pegasus in flight. Due to the uncertainty of others regarding their pony or non pony status they have established their own city in the skies and tend to keep to themselves. (current count: 1, 1 possibly pending)

Baby/ Young Dragon – These are one of the non pony sentient species of Equestria. It is your typical dragon, a scaled beast with large wings. It can fly and has a taste for gems. Only children and the smaller varieties not much bigger then a pony tend to involve themselves in Equestria affairs. The larger ones often sleep for centuries and don't seem to care much. The small varities are many, however, and come in many different types ranging from ones covered in feathers to ones that embody the natural elements of Shadow, Light, Thunder, Wind, Earth, Vine, ice, Water, and Fire (current count: 1)

DragonFlys - These are one of the smaller dragon species of Equestria. They are the smallest species of dragon discovered to date. They appear very similar to the more common giant dragons of equestria and tend to wield an element based magic similar to them. They also appear to be your typical winged lizard creature with a long tail, the only difference being their wings tend to resemble insects. The main difference is between them and their larger cousin is simply their size, being so small they can fit in a ponies hoof. (current count: 1 )

Demi-Fire Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. These dragons tend to be red, orange, gold, or any combination of the three. They appear just like their larger dragon cousins and wield similar fire magics. Their main difference is the flame on the tips of their tail, their lack of spikes aside from their tails, and their size which is no bigger then a pony at adulthood. They also can do even more with fire then most other dragons. They tend to live near mountains and volcanoes. (current count: 0 )

Demi-Vine Dragon - These are one of the smaller sized dragon species of Equestria. These dragons tend to be all different colors but are mainly green, as if they themselves are flowers. In fact they do appear similar to regular dragons except from the base of their wings grows various vines that wrap around their neck, tail, and limbs with flowers growing from them and the patch of fur that goes over their forehead, down their back, and over their tail to form a little puff of fur/long hair on the tip. They are slightly smaller then most demi dragons, being about half the size of a pony like a good sized dog would be. They have very flexiable limbs and tend to live in tree tops. Demi-Ice Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. They tend to be light blue with deep blue accents. They appear similar to sea serpents but also have large, strange wings. The wings actually appear to be pieces of jagged ice held together by various bits of some type of strange deep blue metal. They appear very similar to normal dragons in fact except for the complex blue metallic decorations along their bodies and the fact their face is rather mask like. They have the ability to create and control ice as well as lower the temperature around them. They live far away in icy lands and only seem to visit the rest of equestria in winter, saying it's too warm to be fun otherwise but some think they are just secretive. (current count: 0 )

Demi-Earth Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. These dragons tend to be brown, with hints of various purple, silver, and gold. They also have multiple gemstones that decorate their scales, with which they are born at birth in various random colors. They have the jagged head and wings of a dragon but otherwise appear very serpentine. They have three sets of small wings like wind dragons but have clawed hands on each. The wings are very similar to bats, lacking the scales or feathers that most dragons do but instead simply having a velvety leather. They use these muscular wings and large claws to burrow through the earth. They actually prefer climbing or folding up their wings around them to slither like snakes to flying but are can do so though not as well as others. They have the ability to control earth, stone, crystal and metal. They live in caves and under the earth. (current count: 0 )

Demi-Wind Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. They are unique in the fact they have two sets of large feathered wings much like a pegasus and feathers on various places of their body as well as no legs. The feathers start on their forehead and then follow along their spine all the way down their tail. They also have a plumage of feathers on the tip of their tail much like a fan. They appear very serpent like and live in the skies above equestria. They are highly intelligent scholars and have the ability to control the wind, sound, and weather much like a pegasus mainly using it to create temporary housing in clouds as they are fairly nomadic creatures. Demi-Water Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. These dragons are similar to demi winds in the fact that they do not have legs or arms. They appear in fact to be large dragon headed serpents with a merpony like tail fin and large fin like wings they can use to swim or to fly. They also always have a collection of what looks like gem stones decorating their forehead. They tend to be various shades of blue, green, and black. They are one of the few dragon species aware of Merpony due to making their homes in the sea as well as lakebeds and rivers but at the merponies request keep their secrets. They have the ability to control and create water. (current count: 0 )

Demi-Shadow Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. They tend to be black in color and appear to have only head, neck, front legs, and large wings of their larger cousins above an impossibly long serpentine tail with a large fin or wing like appendage on their tails tip. It is difficult to tell because other then their large, glowing pupil-less eyes they seem entirely made of some strange shadowy substance. They only appear solid when they use their powers to control shadow or are attempting to touch something as they live most of the time in shadows as a part of them. Few have seen these secretive creatures. (current count: 0 )

Demi-Light Dragon - These are one of the pony-sized dragon species of Equestria. They tend to be white with a hint of other colors at the tips. They appear to have small hands on the tips of there wings and lack front legs but otherwise resemble their larger cousins in body, neck, head, back legs, and tail. They have several jagged spikes down their backs and on the tips of their wings. They have unusually sharp eyes and are able to bend and control light. There are some legends that these dragons are gifted with the ability to see the future. They live high in the mountains of equestria (current count: 0 )

Note: Even if you aren't a pony if you were a 'lost soul' or twin to a lost soul cutie mark on your flank when the lost soul was transformed into an alicorn or winged unicorn. However, again, most elements of harmony are just that, characters who happen to embody the element.
Personality: Remember to match your element if you are on the good or evil side. Neutrals generally don't have an element so can be whatever.

Special Talents: Magic, particularly earth, crystal, and plant magics. She also is good at gardening. Most Sphinx do not have a cutie mark but due to having been a pony prior to her transformation she gained a cutie mark, namely an open purple rose.
Personality: She is intelligent, loving, loyal, gentle, and soft hearted though she has difficulty expressing these emotions or discussing how she feels. She is a bit of a bookworm who was delicate as the purple rose that now adorns her flank. She has found strength and bloomed under the harsh conditions, however, in her desire to save her sister and restore the lost souls to their true form.
History: She spent most of her childhood protected by her twin sister, her head half buried in a book. She didn't mind not having a cutie mark or being unable to find her talents as long as she had her sister at her side, her books to read, and her garden. She did not realize that her sister could still feel her pain and was growing steadily more and more dead inside. So when her sister disappeared one day and could only send a brief message of warning before her mind was lost it took her by surprise.

Special Talents: Baking, especially his specialty-cinnamon Buns. The best cinnamon buns you will ever have. His cutie mark is a cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosting.
Personality: Cinna is a very gentle and kind-hearted pony. He dislikes seeing others in pain of any kind, so tries to help everyone he can. He has a low opinion of ponies that torment or swindle others, believing that everypony should help each other, and be able to receive help when needed, making his view very idealistic.
History: born to a family of bakers and chefs, Cinna had lots of experience in the kitchen from an early age. It was no surprise that his talent lie in baking, and he ended up running the pastry shop in town when his parents stepped down. He'd noticed that there were some ponies that would look wistfully at the shop and then continue on, never entering. He went out and asked why one day, and learned that not all ponies had the bits to pay for everything. He decided right then and there that he was going to host a soup kitchen, giving out free soup and bread to those less fortunate.

Personality: She is considered brutally honesty but almost everyone gets annoyed by someone who will not lie about anything. She is kind, caring, has plenty of love to go around but she is most known for her honesty.
History: Mystic was always an honest person, even as a young filly, no one could ever tell her secrets because when asked, she would tell the truth. As to how she came to find out what her talent is when she had tried to help paint a house and ended up painting the sky, which was rather funny if you were there for it.

Land Pony Form

Special Talents: He can enchant items (usually seashells due to his home world) with many different kinds of spells and charms, from protective barriers to pairs that enable long-distance communication. His mark is a striped shell with a pale blue tendril of magic coming out of its mouth.
Personality: Cheerful and highly inquisitive, Gold lets his curiosity lead him and more often than not, it takes him into trouble. Thankfully, the young merpony is not as fragile as he looks; despite initial shyness and hesitation, he can quickly handle most situations with a wave of his horn and a charmed shell or two- a skill he has great pride in and is always ready to use to help those in need.
History: Having been an orphan since foalhood, Gold was raised by a kind old mare who sold curios and strange trinkets. When Gold realized his talent and gained his mark, he started to sell his enchanted items in the shop, but it was not enough for the exuberant young pony. He soon started to venture outside the safely of the secretive city, under the guise of collecting his own materials, and swam closer and closer to the surface world until one day he stepped out of the water and never looked back, too enthralled with the bizarre new world to fear being left on dry land.

Special Talents: Unknown, but his three brothers joke that he has a talent for clumsiness.
Personality: He's good natured, hard to anger and generally wants to get along with everyone. Dust wouldn't hurt a fly, and thinking of harming anypony makes him want to run away and hide. All he wants to do is help others, even that sometimes leads him to getting into trouble.

History: He was born in the faepony village, and grew up with his three brothers. Clumsiness caused him to create much mischief and comical situations, but even so his good nature helped him get out of them. He's never known any place other then the faepony forest, and Dusty Hooves wouldn’t have it any other way. He loves his home, and is actually a little scared of leaving it.

Special Talents: Water Magic, particularly ice and storm. Her cutie mark would be a blue hurricane funnel against her black markings with white crystals in it.
Personality: Crystal is much like the sea, one moment seeming calm and mysterious then wild and willful the next giving many the incorrect assumption she is fickle. She very much tends to march to the beat of her own drum and has her own idea of how things should be done. She is defiant and willful almost to a fault with a habit of sticking up for those she feels are mistreated. She also has a tendency to day dream and often sees things differently then most.
History: She lived quite a happy life through her childhood with a natural talent for storm magic that made her a cut above the rest. She loved to explore and dream, however, so often had a habit of wandering off that left her mentors sighing in annoyance. Still she likely would have continued a content and free existence had it not been for the recent choas. Being more sensitive to the shift in temperature and other small changes the ocean has felt then most ponies she headed onto land. There she would find Desert Rose being picked on by a group of wild creatures and scare them off. Being Rose seemed to know more about what was going on then anyone Crystal knew she decided to stay and try to help the group of element seekers.

Personality: He is rather smart. He is kind, caring, shy, though he can also be mean, vicious, greedy, even cruel at times.
History: Poisonheart doesn't have a very long history, though during the time that he was hatched, learned how to make plants grow, learned how to read and write. Well that is basically all of his past in a nutshell. Though the important part of his past is the fact that he now lives with ponies, mainly Mystic, though she doesn't know about him living with her.

These who just tire of the destruction and desire the destruction of the Warlock and his forces... No matter the cost.

Special Talents: Singing, moving the hearts of others, and her charisma. Her cutie mark is a red heart with a strip of music sheet around it, notes in the lines.
Personality: She use to be a bold and loving heart but now her heart has grown cold after the death of her husband and child. She desires the destruction of the tainted Alicorns, believing that evil has to be there already for you to be able to be forced to kill. She tends to be introspective and speak decisively, always confident with her heart behind every word.
History: She was born in a small village and lived there quite happily. She married her childhood sweetheart and conceived a child. She adored her infant and doted on the child. It seemed everything would continue that way until the village was decimated by the attack of the Lost Souls. She is one of the few survivors and now seeks to destroy the ones who took her beloved family from her.

Special Talents: Creating and manipulating fire, to the point of making something akin to a fire golem. Her cutie mark is a flit of flame.
Personality: Rather quiet and unassuming, and would usually rather go along with what's happening than suggest something different. She does like order, and tends to clean things when bored, and is accepting of the natural order of things. She does have a temper hidden beneath the calm exterior, and will do everything in her power to kick back when someone pisses her off. Currently she is depressed, though she tries to hide it.
History: Flame is the daughter a somewhat well-known Unicorn, famous for his powerful enchantments and charms. She never knew her mother, who had died in childbirth, but had a caring nanny/maid. She has lots of fond memories of them both, many of learning from her father how to do great magics. When he taught her a simple fire spell, she found her talent, and expanded upon it quickly.

It was all ruined with the attack of the Alicorns of Destruction, with Flame being the only one of the three to escape them. The loss of her father and nanny deeply saddens her, and she is doing what she can to help others avoid the same fate.

Those who seek revenge for that which has been done to them, unknowing that the very one they serve is truly at fault for their pain.

Special Talents: Poetry and Magic, particularly over the earth, crystals, and the dead. Her cutie mark is a black and white quill wrapped in a thorny green vine.
Personality: She is naturally intelligent, adaptive, and strong. She tends to be quiet and introspective, leading more by example then actual orders. She will take control if she has to but as long as those who tortured her and her sister's existence pay, she cares not how.
History: She was always the stronger twin and protected her sister fiercely. Still she was never able to always be there and often dried her sister's tears instead until her sister grew old enough to hide the pain. Watching her sister be in pain but hide it behind a gentle smile tore at her even more then the tears, however. Slowly she began to cope by feeling nothing at all and burying her emotions beneath an icy glare.

Special Talents: Jewelry making, particularly with cut and polished stones. Her cutie mark is a cut black sapphire with a swirl of silver around it.
Personality: Ebon is consumed by the greed that broke her spirit, thinking she deserves everything in the world. If someone lays claim to something before her, she flies into a rage, destroying the thing she wanted and using the pieces to harm whoever it was that had it first.
History: Ebon used to be a nice unicorn, gifted at making jewelry and quite happy to share what she made. As she grew up cutie mark-less, others started taking advantage of her, cheating her for her creations and insulting her, too. it wore down on her, to where she stopped making and sharing her jewelry, eventually turning to hate and greed. The warlock found her like this, and it didn't take much for him to persuade her to join.

Personality: Snow lost her soul to Betrayal and all the evil that comes with it. After the betrayal of her so called friends she refuses to have any sympathy for any living creator. The icy bitterness of her heart tends to leave any in her path frozen in pain and bitterness. If any come near her in good mood looking happy and full of love for one another. She goes into a state of rage and uses her element to cause Deceit and utter chaos.

History: Snow grew up as most only without a Cutie mark. This lead to many picking on her. At first it was just normal till the day her so called "friends" tricked her. They lead her to the dark woods and left her after they had destroyed her shop and home. They stole her ideas and dresses and claimed them as their own. They left her for dead lost in the woods.That moment on she pledged to never trust another soul. It was in those woods she found herself a new path and a purpose for living. She would have her revenge on all those who had harmed her and any who got in her way. She was found by the wizard and happily took his deal.

Special Talents: Sanguine is a master of manipulation. He is capable of using his words and magic to make even the most hardened of dragons squirm with fear and paranoia with icy threats and venomous visions All of which he is fully capable of physically bringing to life. His cutie mark is a silver dagger. Death wrapped in elegance.
Personality: Sanguine shows no mercy. If given the opportunity he will put his victim through as much agony as possible, be it physical, mental, or emotional. He usually keeps himself collected and presentable, even while he is knee deep in a particularly messy torture session. While calm and generally well-mannered he is not above blind rage. Many a village have burned down due to his unpredictable temper.
History: Sanguine was born a pegasus in this life, gifted with speed and an incredibly tight turn radius. Many other foals envied his flying ability, but mocked his lack of a special talent well into adulthood. He never stopped trying though and was constantly ridiculed and told to just give up by the members of his peaceful coastal village. Despite the hardship and pain he always made sure to be kind to anyone he encountered, even if it meant them spitting in his face. It was on a misty night that his world came crashing down. A group of pegasi he had grown up with cornered him, beat him, spat on him, and, to add insult to injury, broke his prized wings beyond repair. When they left him they were laughing and spat in his face. He then he realized that the world was cruel and the only way to live in it was to be just as cruel. It was then he was found by the warlock, broken and bruised and bleeding. It took only the promise of vengeance to convince him to say 'yes'.

DesertRose

Vibrant blue eyes peered up into the sky thoughtfully, gazing at the morning light spreading over the peaceful village of ponyville. Here, the first element or the one who held it in their heart was here. She knew it, though she couldn't say how. Perhaps it had been the last spell Tru cast before the warlock's mind control had driven her crazy, perhaps it was just being a sphinx as everything felt so different now. The mysterious cat like race was also said to be able to always tell where they were in the desert and where to go, but perhaps that was just legend. Most books held only travelers tales from explorer ponies who had been to the far off desert. Rose knew little about them herself, the reborn soul having lost her memories of the culture long ago.

She took a deep breath, forcing herself to stand tall with a flap of her wings. Still even as she gathered her courage she simply stood on the road, gazing at the sleepy town from just outside its edges. Ponies were beginning to stir and get up to head to their jobs, school, or even just to play. It was almost as if the war of the elements wasn't occurring for the moment, even if the stirring ponies carried a certain tension in their forms. She knew she would get strange looks, maybe even resentment considering the chaos even here, however. It was only natural with all that was happening that strangers in any town be mistrusted.

CrystalSea

”Cheer up kid, You don't want to worry lines before we free your sister.” Crystal, the blue and black pegasus at her side, suddenly chirped. She playfully tugged a violet strand of the other girls hair, giving her a smile. She giggled as the other blushed, happy to have distracted the shy creature. She knew the other girl was nervous, but Rose was tougher then she realized. Of that Crystal was certain, not that she didn't intend to stick around and keep her safe.

Crystal was never one to leave someone alone when they were in trouble... In fact that was how the two met. Rose had been surrounded and Crystal, being herself, had done what it was in her nature to do. With a flap of her wings she'd used her water funnel magic to scare the creatures off, simply explaining it away as focused rain water and her being unique. She was sure that Rose would have likely accepted her mermaid origins but the mer were secretive folk and it was simply the rules. You told no one about their underwater cities and stayed out of Land Pony affairs. This time, however, she had a feeling it was everybody's affair and the elders could kiss her flank.

HeartSong

Cold ruby eyes gazed out at the rubble of Hoofensteville, the heart behind them inwardly cursing that they had arrived too late. She and the guardians could only give aid now to those who had survived the earthquake. The earthquake had struck just before the sun rose, meaning most had been in their homes asleep and utterly surprised by the attack. They had been defenseless and caught unaware. Damn those dark elementals, damn them and their selfishness that had all of equestria torn up through their attacks as well as things such as this natural disaster.....

Heartsong heard a voice then, interrupting her bitter thoughts. She instantly followed it to a home, most of which was collapsed. Someone was trapped in the rubble, young by the sound of the voice. Her horn began to glow as she began to move the objects, wishing absently her skills had not been so focused in the power of song. If she had more aggressive magic maybe she could do more....

TruThorn

Thorn, as she was now known, gazed out at the town below her. She stood on a cliff, peering down at the sleepy citizens of Palimino. It was a small town, one of many small towns that dotted equestria. A small town filled with the smaller minded ponies that had shunned her. Just gazing at them sleeping so peacefully filled her with rage and hate. These ponies.... these foolish ponies of equestria had drove her to this and taken the life of her sister. She had tried to love them, tried to embrace them as her sister's gentle heart had but the warlock had show her the error of her ways. He had shown her visions of how they had torn DesertRose apart like scraps of paper and for that they would all die.

Slowly she would soar towards the graveyard of the small town with a flap of her bat like wings, coming to rest on the brick wall that surrounded the solemn graves. She closed her eyes and raised her horn to the air, her dark voice spouting a poem as she began to weave her spell around the aged bones. As she sang the dead began to rise, including a small bird that landed on her shoulder. She finished the spell and ponies began to rise from their graves, gazing at her as they awaited her orders.

”Kill them... Kill them all.” She said with a grin, watching as the undead army began to approach. She knew that each body would limit her magic but she didn't care. She glanced at the bird, saying only 'you aren't worth the magic small thing' before lifting her hoof. The bird hopped to the wall obediently and gazed up at her. With a smirk Thorn lifted her hoof and crushed the bird with a sharp crack of bone on stone. Her diamond hard hooves would crush everything in her way.

At an art store in ponyville, you could see supplies strung all over the store, it was even piling out side of the building. Though what you could not see was a pile of already used, sketched on papers as a DragonFly moved about and worked it's way outside to be free of the clutter that seemed to have consumed the place. Though what Poisonheart the DragonFly did not know was that a Sphinx was right outside of the door, so you can imagine his cry of surprise when he almost got stepped on by her and a blue pony. "Ah!" was the sound that came from him as he darted away from the hooves, flying up towards their face so that he could be out of harms way. "Careful!!" he said to them as his insect wings beat the air, cocking his head to the side as he looked over the females, trying to figure out what was different about them. Then again this would have been the first time that he ever let the ponies see him, oh well there was nothing to do about it now.

Mystic Starburst was in frenzy, to say the least, but the truth was she was staring in horror at how dirty her shop had gotten in the past few months. She wasn't the most organized pony or the most neat, in fact her store constantly grew to look like a mini tornado blew through it every month. With commissions for homes and art work for various places, even some sky art for special occasions, thus the reason for the over abundance of sketches that just seemed to be falling out the door. "Oh dear...this is just not going to do at all." she said to her self, her black horn glowing with a teal magical aura around it as she started to stack everything on one table, sorting through it so that trash may be bagged and taken away, and things that she wanted to keep could be put into books and stacked haphazardly on the shelves with the rest of them. She hummed to her self as she continued to spring clean, unaware of the couple outside her shop with the dragonfly that had been leaving in such a mess.

Gentle Flame followed Heartsong into the town, green eyes showing her sorrow as she saw the collapsed buildings. None seemed to have caught fire, so it wasn't as bad as it might have been. She started on the house closest to her, horn glowing with a flame-like flicker as she started dragging beams and stones out of the way. In a way, the scene was like the one at the tower, though the cause was different...

The tower she used to live in with her father... It was gone now, as was he. But it's why she was here, doing what she could to help. She didn't want anypony else to suffer that. She moved another beam, uncovering a couple with a small child that had been trapped, and a smile came to her face. "It's okay, I'll hold this up so you can get out. Was there anypony else in this house?"

Cinnamon Bun trotted up behind Rose and Crystal, having been distracted with helping a baby bird back into it's nest. His mind turned to the quest they were on, as well as his own personal quest. To find the Elements of Harmony again, and set up as many soup kitchens as possible along the way. With the evil alicorns around, people would be needing things like that. And he couldn't say no to a need like that.

He came to a sudden halt, though, red-brown eyes staring at the small creature flying inches from their heads. It looked like... a tiny dragon? "Uh, is that... a dragon?" he asked, head tilting slightly as he stepped cautiously closer, around Crystal. He supposed it shouldn't be too much of a surprise, seeing as he was now traveling with a sphinx... Surely there were other creatures living amongst the ponies of Equestria.

Ebony Shimmer admired the diamond in her hoof, blue-grey eyes slightly narrowed as she thought of how she had acquired it. She deserved the gem, those ponies had been worthless. She rolled over on her bed, wings tucked against her sides as she held the gem up to the light. It threw tiny rainbows about the room, landing on other gems and rich fabrics, expensive pottery and a large mirror that reflected the room back at her.

She particularly liked the mirror. It made it look like she had two of everything. She rolled back onto her hooves, walking over and looking at the reflection of her room. All of it hers. A wicked smile came to her face, and she shook dark hair out of her face. Her horn glowed black as she started pulling jewelry over, putting on various necklaces, tiaras, and bracelets.

Hooves like ivory cracked against stone, the streets quiet and empty. The tall stallion came to a halt, staring up at a once glorious palace, marred by neglect and time. "Oh Colstantinople...the once priceless gem of this wretched land," came a sultry voice, low and venomous. "A gleaming golden palace with a gleaming golden throne. Who sits upon you now, dear throne? A trusted chancellor, a beautiful mare?" The voice rose to a sordid and malicious laugh, a pair of large wings spreading out from his back, gleaming red eyes closing in his mirth. "You little foal!" Gleaming eyes opened wide, glowing like brilliant rubies. "Your paranoia...so much delicious despair caused by your foalish paranoia! Continue your work, dear chancellor! Continue your work and fill the night with the cries of your enemies!" He took off after that, twirling in the air before circling about and flying toward Equestria proper. He halted, turning and hovering at the edges to the once great desert city. His curved horn gave a bloody red gleam, eyes flashing as he rejuvenated the strength of his spell. The great city of Colstantinople was under the full force of his spell once more, her citizens trapped in an eternity of agony at the hooves of their own Chancellor.

He was within the borders of mainland Equestria, touched down within a forest teaming with magic outside of a disgusting little town. His horn glowed once more, bright and bloody. With a flash of light his illusion was in place. Disguised as a young looking pegasus, not much of his appearance really changed other than his height, the lack of his horn, and that his eyes no longer bore the slit pupils. He had not yet ventured to this disgusting hamlet so no one would recognize him. Flapping his wings experimentally, Sanguine, the Element of Cruelty, began to trot toward the sleepy town of Ponyville, a small smile on his face.
