I love the home made biscuits my Mom makes as well, but usually we have rolls with our turkey and I prefer those with my turkey over biscuits.

Quite honestly, my favourite Christmases entailed a large sack of double cheese burgers from McDonalds. . __.;; This year my grandma wants a full blown Christmas dinner, but I really think that's what Thanksgiving is for, and once a year is enough for me.

I'm just gonna take the time to say that I love Christmas and my favorite would be pork because It would not be pork because on thanksgiving we get overly killed with turkey.

Christmas dinner is usually a pot roast (tasty~!) followed up with some sweet bread and stuff along the line of pies and such.
Although we usually gorge ourselves on sweets and aren't able to eat anything... :3

Ham. I looove glazed ham. Sooo goood.... and the sandwiches after with diced ham in them are great too. Never been a huge turkey fan, and I only had goose once in a Chinese restaurant...

And it's funny, I really don't like any other pork product. Except bacon, but most everyone loves bacon.

My favourite Christmas dinner is seafood. Lots of shellfish, shrimp, calimari etc... It's an Italian thing, really.. We haven't had it in awhile, though.

My mother has a killer broccoli dish made with broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, tons of cheese, and french fried onions on top. Next to a turkey its like a little piece of heaven on the kitchen table <33
