Well, I am celebrating with my family which means well be dancing away until dawn! I am hispanic and I love it!!

I'll be staying home and off the roads. My brother invited me to karaoke he is hosting but the roads are usually bad and unfortunatly people still drive drunk. I'll just go next time.

Well first I need to figure out when I'm working and then when I'm off I'm going to the in-laws to do whatever it is they have planned and hang with them on New Years. I'll also be calling my family during their countdown as a surprise.

I'll probably watch the countdown online (no TV), stay OFF the streets, and get quietly drunk with the husband.

Either that or go to a bar if any of my friends are back in town by then. I think our city runs free buses on New Year's Eve, so that's always an option!

im going to Hamilton, or the hammer as it were, with my boyfriend. we are going to get smashed and sleep over and its going to be awesome! lol. i think there is homemade burgers involved... but im not sure. were visiting our friend's girlfriend who just bought a house there. pretty sweet eh?

Probably just stay home listening to the racetrack, fireworks, and TV talking about fireworks. Fun, fun, fun.. >.>

I'm staying home with my family and playing poker.
My Christmas was really hectic this year so a nice quiet evening is going to be nice. ^^

I've done the whole banging pots and pans and shouting aude lang sin in the past (or however it's supposed to be spelled XD,) but now I really hate loud noises. I hate it when my neighbors are loud, so I try not to be so loud anymore. Instead, I just sit at home and watch the countdown and the ball drop at home with my mom. Then we head up stairs and I usually end up staying up to play video games or RP. It isn't anything terribly special, but I enjoy it. <3

My church has a game night on new years eve and then a service welcoming the new year. It's a lot of fun, especially since for once in my life people actually WANT to play monopoly to pass the time. (I love that game!) And not to mention they are like my second family and it's just fun to play old and new board games and watch my pastor attempt to play Wii!

I'm probably going to try to Skype some friends back at school, 'cause I'm missing their big New Years party. There's nothing going on around here, we don't really do anything for New Years at my house because my parents don't drink and my sibs are too young to.

I'm probably just gonna get completely smashed and have some fun chatting drunkenly online. Maybe play some WoW or zOMG.

My mom and I are going to see Avatar in Imax 3D on New Year's. Other than that, I'm not celebrating it really.

There'll be the traditional family dinner at this real fancy steakhouse we always go to only on New Year's Eve (it's also where my dad proposed to my mom!), and then we'll go home and watch movies. Think "Howl's Moving Castle" and "2001: A Space Odyssey" are on the roster this year, so that should be neat. =]

Some of my friends are coming over, and we're going to party until one of us gets bored. Then we're going to play on the Wii.

Of course, things won't go as planned.

I'm just going to hang out in the city with my friends ^_^. A day of window shopping (some possible ACTUAL shopping lol), eating, and plain old being fun and silly together <3. I can't wait lol.

Sadly I guess I'm spending it at home alone, all my friends are either spending it with their families or have to go to work. Somehow I managed to escape work and now I have nothing to do. It is a major letdown, let me tell you.

I think I'm just spending it at home with my family. I'm not sure though, because both me and my sister wanted to go somewhere else to celebrate. I don't want to leave my mom and brother alone though. That's not fun for them :P So I don't know what will happen yet!

I might go to my friend's house and spend the new year's day with her. Then I will probably stay up late to watch the fireworks on tv. And my parents might give me some money for New year. But I am not sure.

My family and some friends are having a small party and stay up til midnight.

Staying up to midnight, and maybe having some bubbly if anyone remembered to buy it. If not, some reheated Chinese takeout

I'm just staying at home and doing homework for new years :P

I'm going to probably just have a quiet night at home. XD In fact, I think I might post on here tons to try to hurry and get as many of the event items as I can before they all disappear.

going to party from 6-9 my time at parents' church, then coming home and ringing in the new year with city fireworks (which we, joy of joys, can see from our living room).
