For my dress, I'd like sort of a satiny fabric, I think. Not sure for the bridesmaids. It'll depend on what sort of fabric my MOH's dress is made of (she's using one she already has).

Well gold is always a good colour for green so if your wearing a green dress accessories and things for you could be gold. A dark, royal blue bridesmaid dress would also be nice with silver accessories :)
That might be the date that I am getting married on too, though I am pushing for 12.12.12 to give me more time to get organised and back into shape :)

I think "Clair de Lune" is a really lovely choice.
It's a pretty piece, but very simple, so it won't detract from the visual of you guys walking down the aisle.

It's quite slow at the beginning, but I just tried walking down the living room in the left-together-right-together way people do at weddings, and I think it'd work just fine. :)
