I'd still gag from chocolates. I've lost my appetite and I'm constantly thirsty. I've never heard of that, I do know fluids, oj, rest, etc. :3

It was a little obscure tid bit I read somewhere.

Apparently what they use to soothe the throat in cough medicines are also found in chocolate, but in slightly larger quanties.

And chocolate tastes much better in my opinion.
