The only person I've seen who was quitting because of drama had that up before the event. It's probably someone different though.

I don't even what to know who it was. I really should have taken the time to go back all those pages and read what went on but by the time I got home that night there were at least 35 pages since I had posted so I was really lost until Juru edited her first post.

I think people quitting because of drama shouldn't have involved themselves in something that could potentially have caused drama in the first place. no one likes drama.

I think that emotions can run high over little things. A lot of times, it's not necessarily any one person's fault. I generally don't approve of people announcing that they're quitting because of drama, simply because I think it's a cry for attention. Much like people who quit because they were hacked or because they couldn't get that one item they liked. Often, I doubt that these people really plan to quit, but instead are hoping that others will work hard to convince them to stay, perhaps by donating, or expressing how much they'd be missed.

Of course, this particular case isn't quite the same, but I don't feel I know enough details to pass judgment.

I got so sick of people quitting because they couldn't get items it isn't even funny. OR announcing that they were quitting because they couldn't anyway. and all the other people coming in going OMG Imma miss you can I have your stuff? Though, that was really only on gaia as I haven't seen it here but still. It annoyed me none the less. ^^;;

I've seen it a couple of times in the exchange here too. I don't remember who the people were but it was just a pity party for the thread creator trying to get people to tell them to stay and give them stuff. >.< It's not -that- hard to work for items

And most of the people saying how much they'll miss the person leaving don't even know them.
