And your parent's sibling's children are cousins, not step siblings.
step brothers or sisters are when your parents divorce, remarry and have a kid with their new husband/wife. so in your case you have 3 step siblings xDD

and haha, they're not that great xDD
If they're just a bit older than you, by like one or two years then they're really annoying, but if they're a lot older, like 10 years older then they're really cool! xDD
