05: Made coffee jelly today for the first time! May have used the wrong coffee for this, but we'll see how it turns out in the end. Will use Milano or Sicilia in the future. :)
10: Slept until 5pm today. Had a peculiar dream about being Clark Kent and the world was in pseudo-apocalypse and consuming anything of the earth will turn you into that particular plant or species or whatever. Was weird overall.

I brewed the coffee using water that's too hot, so it turned out more bitter than I wanted. Will do better for the next batch. :B

That sounds interesting! A nice grown-up version of a kids dessert. Would be especially good with some cream I think, or plain/vanilla ice cream I guess. But that's too cold for me the majority of the time ><

OMO my looks tasty! haaha for some strange reason i was imagining regular liquid coffee...but with like jelly in it? LOL reverse thought process...woww i didnt know it existed tho XD i might have to try and make it one day...!
