I really love how you draw your hair!
And the detail you put in to the design, especially the faces.
And I'm not sure if its just because of the art style, so forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think something you could probably look at a little more is the clothes folds. You put such details in everything else sometimes it looks a little strange to see the folds how they, they look a little uncomfortable as well. That's about all I could say to improve on
