When will the event rares start being released? (So I can decide if it's worth finding somewhere to post and possibly be ignored in or not)

We are all waiting for the golden ticket from the willy wonka bar! It'll come.. soon.

They can't hold out on us forever! If it's not out in the next couple hours, I'll just get it when I get up in the morning.

My guess is that jelly needs to be on to release it and I know shes been having computer problems so it might be she can't get on right now. We'll just have to be patient.
