It was tough going, I felt like she'd never be potty trained, and then one day it just... happened. She's super independent, so we tried to use that to our advantage and let her do it on her own, which helped. A little bit of a pain, at first, and now I think it is part of the problem though while we were camping. She's used to not asking to go, just... going. XD

You can do it! I'm sure they're smart enough to get it.

They are. I think part of the problem is that we can't get a set schedule right now cause there are to many changes going on and its hard on them.

With mine we struggled and struggled and then just... one day it clicked and we have mostly been good from there, aside from the whole camping incidents.

My 2 year old taught the 3 year old... *facepalms*

well my girls wipe. but they usually stand up first. and once I get front to back down i'll be happier. xD It's more like "I'm gonna shove this as far up my vagina as I can mom! Am I wiped off yet? :D "

Ah kids. Mine does that too, with a giant wad of toilet paper. It's a good thing toilet paper is so cheap. /s

very true. xD i make sure to hand them the toilet paper myself ^^;; and i've been teaching them to only use a small amount.

Ah, mine likes to be independent. She goes in there on her own and does it all. Since she is almost 4, it's hard o argue with her. XD

They are not super independent. sometimes Mary the 4 year old will do it by herself, but usually she wants me in there.

Mine almost never wants me to watch her do anything. Like today she wouldn't eat her dinner until I promised not to look at her. -.-

Oh I just love those meals . or drawing/crafts times. Or when they have to go potty and they actually shut the door. but its so they can get into the sink and play. wait that last one is completely seperate.

Yeah, mine is usually good, but she had been getting into stuff more lately, or when she wants to do things on her own, she makes messes or does things... wrong. But you know, parenting and letting them being independent and all that crap. Bleh. Sure, she's gaining some independence, but now we go through twice as much toilet paper and I have to clean toothpaste off the ceiling. -.-

giving them independence when they're like that is so difficult. xD

hold them on a ladder and have them clean the ceiling. (no don't. i'd probably be to scared to do that with my kids)

i usually make them clean up their messes. not sure how i'd feel about ceiling cleaning though.

I try to make mine clean up her messes, but I'm horrible because I want things a certain way. XD So I get frustrated and do it myself.

yes. but you have to make them do it at least partially so they learn. and than when they're not looking finish it :3

Ah yes, the whole let them destroy everything, tell them what a good job they did, and then clean up after them before you lose your mind.

*sighs depressed* we hopefully will be viewing one first thing tomorrow when hubby gets out of work before his mom has to go into work so we don't have the girls to manage at the same time. . . they're crazy wild at house viewings. its easier if they don't come along cause we can both look around and check the places out.
